Bien que les délais de livraison soient un peu longs (mais annoncés) les personnes jointes par téléphone sont très agréables, disponibles et réactives.
L'emballage est soigné et la marchandise très bien protégée.
La marchandise de grande qualité correspond entière à nos attentes

Am 26.07.2026 habe ich Toilettenpapierhalter und Wand-Handtuchaufhänger bestellt.
Am 15.09.2026 habe ich dann meine Bestellung storniert, weil ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht mal einen Liefertermin erhalten habe…
Einen Tag dannach…, am 16.09.2026 wurde mir dann ein möglicher „Termin für die Produktion“ genannt.
Bis heute (02.10.2026) habe ich mein Geld noch nicht Rückerstattet bekommen.

Dieser Shop ist eine Katastrophe!

Als Antwort auf meine Bewertung wird jetzt wie bei den anderen kommen „es waren Ferien“. Jedoch betragen diese lediglich 2 Wochen „Ferragosto“ an denen die Produktion eingestellt ist. Naja bei diesem Shop ist man der Meinung, dass die Ferien wohl 2-3 Monate andauern. Unabhängig von deren Arbeitszeiten… ich bekomme meine Rückerstattung einfach nicht.

Ich werde in den nächsten Tagen einen Anwalt aufsuchen und ein Strafverfahren einleiten mit Schadensersatzforderung.
Das ist vermutlich der einzige Weg.

Dieser Laden ist eine Schande für Italien!

To be honest, from the beginning, your customer service was excellent until the issues with production delays and delivery occurred. The estimated production you quoted was 6 weeks but it ran way longer than what was quoted. I understand an extra couple of weeks of delays would have been ok but since I ordered the items in March, I did not receive the last order until last week (Aug 21). This was very disappointing and truly affected the completion of our renovation. And then I was asked to pay an extra 200 euros for shipment of the 2 last mirrors that was stated that they shipped out last month but then was told that they didn’t. I shouldn’t have had to pay for this at all. In fact, since there was so much delays, the shipping should be complimentary to me for all the issues with the delays from the beginning. I’m disappointed that it occurred. I could have purchased all items from a company in Athens but I felt your initial customer service was excellent until the delivery delays. Also, the delivery company you used was a nightmare for the first delivery. We did not hear from the local transport company during the final delivery to Paros. We contacted them several times and they stated they would deliver but never did. So we had to go to the location and pick up all the items ourselves. This is very unfortunate. I’m grateful that we finally received all the supplies, but in honesty, I don’t think I will be purchasing future items from you again because of this. This is something that your company should really work on - to make sure you reply promptly with complete accuracy on delays and delivery.

We have had an excellent experience with Gaia Interni in Italy, from whom we ordered several specialist wellness products for a specific project including a combined sauna/shower, a stunning glass bath and Japanese-style toilets.

Sara has been my main contact throughout and has been absolutely fantastic. When ordering unusual and technically specialised products from another country, having someone knowledgeable and responsive at the other end makes an enormous difference. Sara helped throughout the ordering process, kept everything on track through production and delivery, and, importantly, has been just as helpful with the follow-up service after everything arrived.

Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and whenever we have had a question or needed assistance, Sara has been there to help resolve it.

The products themselves are beautifully designed and quite unlike the more conventional options we could find in the UK, but it has been the combination of the products and the personal service that has really impressed me.

A huge thank you to Sara in particular. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gaia Interni.
