Premetto, non ho effettivamente acquistato. La mia recensione è doverosa in quanto sono stato assistito in modo veloce, preciso e molto dettagliato( oltre che estremamente cordiale) nella fase di preventivo relativamente a opzioni, costi e soluzioni. La mia scelta è caduta su un altro venditore solo per questioni logistiche nonostante il prezzo di Gaia Interni fosse piuttosto vantaggioso rispetto a quello per cui ho optato. Consiglio lo store

Wir haben zu einem tollen Preis einen hochwertigen Tisch mit Keramikplatte bestellt. Der Ablauf des Kaufes, die deutsche Beratung und Betreuung via WhatsApp waren absolut kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die abgegebenen schlechten Bewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.
Wir bedanken uns und freuen uns über diesen schönen Tisch. Auch die Lieferzeit und Erreichbarkeit des Kundenservice waren super!!

Je vois de la réactivité sur la réponse à mon avis en ligne. Ce qui a été l’inverse lors de mes dizaines de relance pour avoir des informations sur la date de livraison.
Commande passée en Mai et livrée et Septembre, sans aucune information claire de l’avancement du sujet lors des relances.

Qualité du produit + réactivité des intervenants + livraison rapide.

Duscharmatur bestellt. Aus gleicher Serie auch weitere Armaturen inkl. der gleichen Duscharmatur bei lokalem Großhändler bestellt. Beide hatten die Armaturen nicht auf Lager und daher beim Hersteller bestellt.
Gaia Interni ist günstiger und hat deutlich früher geliefert. Gaia Interni hat von sich aus auch kostenlose Teillieferungen des Unterputzteils angeboten.
Dabei sehr freundliche und klare Kommunikation zum aktuellen Status der Bestellung.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Hanno sempre risposto velocemente e in maniera esauriente alle mie richieste. Ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per un problema in parte dovuto ad una mia errata interpretazione e ne hanno risposto con serietà ed hanno risolto il problema.
