We booked several months ahead of travelling and were really pleased with the price compared with other options we’d looked at. The itinerary was well organised, with connecting flights arranged together, and the ATOL protection was reassuring when making a booking of this size.

Having never used Galaxy Flights before, we naturally had a few questions about the process. Nelson was excellent at explaining everything, keeping communication clear and responding whenever we needed assistance.

It’s easy to focus purely on price when booking flights, but good customer service is equally important. Nelson provided that personal point of contact and helped give us confidence in our arrangements.

Very happy with the service we’ve received from him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend speaking to Nelson when planning an international trip.

We booked our family flights to New Zealand well in advance of travelling, and I wanted to leave a review specifically for Nelson, who has been fantastic throughout the process.

I’ll admit I was initially a little apprehensive about booking such an expensive, long-haul family trip through an online travel company I hadn’t used before. However, Nelson was incredibly patient, approachable and reassuring from the beginning.

The prices were extremely competitive, and having ATOL protection and connecting flights arranged as part of our itinerary gave us additional peace of mind. Whenever I had a question, needed something clarified or simply wanted reassurance, Nelson was always happy to help and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance.

What really stood out was the personal service. It’s a significant purchase when you’re booking flights for the whole family, and having someone who takes the time to explain things and make you feel comfortable makes such a difference.

I would happily recommend Nelson to anyone considering booking a long-haul trip and would certainly contact him again for future travel arrangements. Thank you, Nelson!

I’ve never known such nonsense than how this company claims to run their business. I’ve been trying to book flights long haul and of course fell for their ‘cheap prices’ but in fact they just there to make you feel like you’re getting a deal, these aren’t the correct flight prices, they will make you phone them just to tell you the flight has ‘gone’ or ‘price has gone up’. Also claiming all flight booking companies do this when it’s complete lies. Spoke to Jamie who was constantly condescending to me, as a woman making me out to be thick when I’ve travelled to Asia and long haul before and I know how booking flights works. Very smug, started to talk about how they’re not a scam company which I find very strange as I never mentioned anything about them scamming me, so why would they start talking about this? Ended the call with ‘well you will be calling me back because you won’t find a flight anywhere else’ jokes on you Jamie because I’ve booked one elsewhere for cheaper than what you quoted me :)

This company really makes you feel like you’re getting a bargain but it’s absolute BS. Stick to sky scanner and the companies signed up the them, they’ve been going for years and if galaxy was reliable why are they not on any of the reputable flight booking systems?
