Gw can’t be bothered giving you the time to pay for items in your basket
Games workshop really need to start putting their customers first instead of profits. For the second time now I’ve been paying for my basket only to be told that my item has been sold out from under me in the short time it takes to pay. Many companies give you time to pay usually 30 minutes which is too much to be fair yet gw can’t even give us a minute or two. Genuinely feels like your stuffs been stolen. But they just don’t care that loyal customers feel shafted by them.

Go buy them at 12 times the cost while scalpers earn a fortune on ebay. I had it in my basket within 5 seconds of sale and it didnt hold my preorder even long enough to checkout.

I want to support this company and their products but all they do for any worthwhile release is produce enough for scalpers to lap up. I just can't justify getting into their games anymore.
Updated as their excuse for poor stock control was that they were prepping to ensure no limits on Leviathan stock. Now, the stores are only being offered 1/3 of their requests showing that Games Workshop really has no interest in making the most of their demand. If I was a shareholder I would be furious.

I am 100% convinced at this time that Games Workshop and scalpers are 1 in the same. I logged on 2 minutes after the 10am release time to order Gallowfall and nothing is in stock.
I am sick of these limited release boxes gone before normal people have a chance to purchase it especially when I then see the same box set up on ebay moments later for £500.
Sort it out GW, either limit the purchases to 1 or 2 of each, make more, or set up a que system.
I dont have any hope of getting a Leviathan box set when its released in June, scalpers rule GW.

Étant client depuis maintenant presque 2 ans, je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes sur le contenu de ma commande, ainsi que sur les délais de livraison. Je commande toujours sous le format normal avec la livraison offerte passé les 50€ d'achat, et bah...Rien à redire.
J'ai toujours reçu mon colis sous les 9 jours ouvrés, il n'a jamais rien manqué. Et concernant l'efficacité du SAV, pareil, c'est du bon. Dernièrement, j'ai eu pour la première fois un petit souci. Il manquait une pièce sur une plaque. Mail envoyé le vendredi à 18h, réponse le lundi à la 1ère heure qui m'apportait directement une solution qui convient.
Ai-je juste beaucoup de chance ou les gens sont ils quelque peu remplis de mauvaise foi ? Je ne saurai pas dire, mais personnellement, je ne peux que recommander

I cannot buy anything online, their products are sold out, or are limited edition, you have more chance of winning the lottery than buying a limited edition book or trying to obtain a pre order. Great products, but not enough for everyone.

Once again, another Saturday release day and all the limited releases are sold out straight away, the website crashes and you can't guy anything. But people will be selling 20 plus of them on ebay by this afternoon. Been going on for months now with same thing but GW do nothing to fix it.

SAV inexistant, 2 semaines et ma commande n'est toujours pas expédiée. À fuir, allez plutôt en magasin. Bon à savoir, ils ne mentionnent aucun droit de rétractation et vous prélève immédiatement donc vous avez 12 mois et non 14j pour annuler votre commande (annulation presque impossible toutefois comme le SAV ne répond pas)
Amazing customer service
This company went above and beyond to help us with an issue. I think their response was incredible. I would easily buy from them again without any hesitation.
Worst online shopping experience in half a decade
Ordering and paying online is really quick and easy. Quick email confirmation stating 5 days delivery. That's where the positive experience ended. 16 days later, several emails and phone calls and I still have nothing to show for my order.
Customer service folks are very friendly but sadly, very ineffective at helping resolve what was an issue at their end ( not mine ).

I was hoping for a 1 week delivery so I could work hard all week make time pass faster and then paint some models on the weekend. 1 out of stock item 3 days after ordering has for some reason stopped them from sending the rest of my items. Why not just send the others and ask what to do with the out of stock item. And then further delay because I ordered glue. It’s going to be mid next week now at the least. Definitely going to use Amazon or something next time.
Still not picked my order after it should have been delivered.
Order was guaranteed for delivery in 8 days of placing it, it's still not even picked yet and its only one item. If you need stuff, buy it in a store, not online.

Sorry guys i love the hobby, but between awful postage issues..pre orderes Dont go out and no statments or contact to tell people why..., a trend in models getting pricyer n pricyer per box whilst each box contains less.... And rules balancing to manipulate people into buying stuff they wana clear out stock of.... i cant recomend them as a company... Great lore, great sculpts... Awful franchise to be a fan of
No delays here
Seen a lot of delays being reported and assumed I'd be waiting, but the box arrived within 72 hrs with no issues.
Hopefully the delay issue has now been rectified and things can get back to normal.
First of all
First of all, they said it will arrive in 11 days, I have waited for around 50 days. That was because one paint was slowing down the entire package. But they didn't even said that, after 20 days. We called, They said "oops, It seemed that you are waiting because of ONE PAINT. They couldn't even write to us, explaining the cause, no. We needed to call. Second, then they write: "because you are in a foreign land, you should wait 20more days. What is it 11 or more?! Then finally, we couldn't even track, it was because some sort of 'hack'. They are a well known company, and they can't even live up to their expectation. My package didn't come, I want my money back. Apparently they need 10 days, guess what? I wait more then 10 days!
We are very disappointed. I wish I could have placed zero stars.

After multiple attempts to get to the bottom of why my order wasn’t dispatched( along with a lot of other orders) I was essentially gas lit and told their TCs were clear and I should be fine with a pre order arriving a week after the launch date.
