I'm very disappointed with the product. The watch performes ...sometimes.
It usually records distance accurately. It rarely maps the swim. VERY rarely.
I turn on GPS while getting changed so it has a few minutes to get the signal. With front crawl, it still doesn't map accurately. Approx. 20% of swims mapped correctly.
Some reviews say to wear it on the other hand. That made no difference for me.
I'm using it for a year with 4-5 swims per week. It's an expensive product that performs poorly. I wouldn't buy the Garmin Swim 2 again.

Hard to beat the customer service in Canada! Never seen better service! The warranty is great and the people are always available for you and there to help! Keep the good work Garmin!

Ordered a Lilly 2 watch for my wife on 6/02, still no delivery updates 6 days later
Contacted them on 12/02 only to be told they have updated the delivery information and it should be shipped today
No explanation as to why it is late or an apology
Pathetic company

I got an Approach S62 for Christmas two years ago and literally two days after Christmas this year (48 hours outside of warranty) the touch function started locking up. I contacted support, explained the situation and they've offered to replace the device even though I'm technically outside of warranty (just!).

It's an expensive bit of kit—which I love, incidentally—so I really appreciate their understanding.

Company could improve if it went into liquidation

I wish I had looked at trust pilot before and I hope that many people do look at these reviews before they consider buying a Garmin watch. My daughter and I saved and purchased a Garmin all singing all dancing watch for my husband's birthday and we split the cost due to the expense, around £500. After 3 years it looks as though the battery liquid has leaked into the face of the watch. When we contacted Garmin customer services they unbelievably offered us a replacement watch for a higher price than one we could have purchased on line and nothing for the failed 3 year watch. They did offer us a reconditioned watch which was a lesser product if we paid a further £150
I would expect a product of this category to last longer than 3 years!!!! Don't buy from this company, their products do not last and their attitude to keeping customers happy is absolutely zero. In this climate of instability one might think that company's would be trying a little harder to build and retain customer loyalty.

I loved my Garmin watch but after three years it's completely died. First the screen went and now it's stopped charging. While it was beautiful, AUD450 for something that only lasts 3 years is horrendous value for money. When I contacted Garmin, all they offered was a replacement watch, which is two generations old and hideous, for $80 less than a brand new Garmin. I won't be buying Garmin again.

Ordered a replacement strap paid for it and never turned up,ordered another one sometime later and this one never turned up,managed to get my money back but couldn’t believe how rubbish this company is.

Fénix 5 Watch lasted 2 years before button stopped responding. Garmin service wanted $170 to exchange the watch.

Not worth the purchase price

The watch face scratched within a week of having the watch, I did nothing to make it scratch just used it for activity! When I contacted the company they said they couldn’t do anything about it and it was my fault. I’ve had the watch a week, surely a watch that is advertised as durable and good for excerise shouldn’t be made so cheaply! Very disappointed and won’t be recommending

Garmin har en inbyteskampanj, men inga varor finns att köpa. Detta är en form av bedrägeri från deras sida. Som konsument blir man frustrerad och lurad av deras värdelösa affärspolitik!!! SKÄMS GARMIN

Garmin Approach S62. Cannot update for course changes. Impossible to download software. Does not recognise password. Customer support non existent.

I bought in January 2023 a garmin fenix 7 sapphire solar back as I doing lot of walking swimming and stand up paddle boarding I got this watch as it meet my needs but in the February the strap keeped undoing at the watch end
Which is not good where you buy a watch for playing and using doing sport Activities the software is good but thats adout what is the point in buy watch to cover this and it keeps falling apart today it came of my Rest whilst doing stand up paddle boarding and I lost in 6foot of water and the Bluetooth would not connect the the watch so I could retrieve it from the river

Garmin support marine var enestående hjelpsomme og hyggelige da jeg hadde problemer med tilkobling av ny GPS antenne i båten vår. Fagene på ledningene på den nye antennen var ikke like den gamle, men de fant ut av det!

Fikk en Garmin Venus pluss 2 klokke til jul som "glasset" fikk en sprekk etter kort og forsiktig bruk. At jeg ikke fikk dette på garantien kan jeg under sterk tvil godta men at et nytt "plastglass" skal komme på 1630 kr. er rent flåeri.

This was a Christmas present. What a disappointment. Battery didn’t hold its power the screen froze. Utter rubbish do not buy the Forerunner 30.

Garmin Express will not update my nuvi and no help from Garmin. Tried contacting them by email and their online form.

Kontoen ble stengt på grunn av ufakturerte 33 kroner. Kunne ikke åpne denne opp igjen selv via nett - det måtte gjøres over tlf med support. Support kunne ikke hjelpe, men en annen avdeling skulle ringe opp. Dette gjorde de ikke før mot kvelden.
