Avoid avoid avoid. Very poor products and the straps sent for my fenix 6s don't even fit. Straight in the bin. What a waste of time and money.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago and my order was never dispatched. Contacted customer service and they basically said "sorry, warehouse is busy and we dont know when your item will be sent". The next day I got an email to say my order was cancelled because they were out of stock of my items. I went to check on the website and sure enough, theyre still in stock.

I haven't received a refund as of 26/10/23. If I dont get a refund, I will be contacting my bank.

Avoid if you can, unless you like waiting for 'quick dispatch'
Purchased some straps on 17 Sept from these as it appeared they were UK based, or at least shipped from the UK, albiet with a week or 2 delivery time (4-9 working days).

After the order confirmation came through there was no further emails, even thought dispatch was in 48hrs. After a week of waiting I contacted their helpdesk and queried where my order was, or dispatch details. I had a quick response from 'Des' in the early hours (alarm bells rung at this point) telling me that my parcel was still in transit on the 29 Sept - it had only been dispatched a couple of days beforehand. It took 7 days to dispatch.

Fast forward to the 11 Oct and I have still not recieved my watch straps (still showing as in transit somewhere in Belgium, China, Americas?). They did however agree to refund me the full monies on the 12th Oct if they failed to arrive, of which give them credit they did quickly and I recieved it.

So after a month I have the following:
- No replacement watch straps
- Wasted my time as delivery/dispatch is from China by snail mail
- Back to square one after 4/5 weeks to finding new straps

Positive - I have my refund.

Just buy genuine and don't make the same mistake I did.

Ordered over a month ago and still no strap. Tracker implies it is in Belgium and out for delivery a week ago?Asked for refund and see what happens but to date cannot recommend this company.

Update - typically the strap arrived next day......strap is ok

Website said it was from UK but shipped from Indonesia and took many weeks to arrive. While waiting found the exact same straps on eBay for a third of the price and had it delivered before my initial order from this site.

No complaints with this company.
Do not let the 'negative' reviews put you off.

Purchased two Garmstraps August 2023. Product is shipped from Fenggang in China. Delivery took only five days. Product is good and pretty much indistinguishable in quality from orininal Garmin bands. Buckle and pin looks lower quality but still good. Would recommend if you're looking for a colourful band at a fraction of the price of a Garmin original.

I needed a replacement strap for my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro but the delivery time on the official Garmin site was 5-8 weeks. So I ordered from Garmstraps purely due to the shorter delivery time being offered which was displayed as 4-9 business days. It was also £27 cheaper, so that was a bonus although not the main reason. However, three weeks later and I still hadn't received anything even though an email was sent to me to say the item was delivered at 10:30pm. This was not true - we do not even get deliveries at that time of the night in the UK. I contacted support and they responded quickly, to their credit, but asked me to wait another 5 days to see if the strap arrived. After this time had elapsed and I still hadn't received the order, I requested a refund which they processed for me. I'm not out of pocket thankfully, but I'm still without a watch strap now that I've had to go back to square one and order from the official site and wait the 5-8 weeks, which is what I wish I had done from the start. Sometimes, stick to what you know!

I was naively under the impression these were genuine even though website says throughout that they are not affiliated to Garmin which was my oversight entirely. I got cold feet when a review said they were poor quality so asked for a refund. I was reassured by a swift response from Des who said they would not accept returns (prob due to cost) . I thought company was in UK as implied on website and, not that I am bothered, was surprised that they were shipping from China. Product arrived a few days later and I thought looked good but as I've started a return wouldn't open. I emailed again for update on refund and had another swift response to say it had been posted. Despite my fears I had been scammed the refund appeared on my account this morning. Having opened packet and comparing alongside original garmin strap I can't see fault. So I write this review to say give these guys a shot. If the strap holds out then I was wrong to doubt. The power of a negative review! I hope I have rebalanced this with my positive review!
Reason for 4 stars is purely as price isn't very competitive with genuine garmin strap.

Poor quality straps, drop shipped from China.

Didnt get the strap I ordered.
Overpriced tat.
