Don't be fooled into thinking these are genuine Garmin straps like I was. When I finally received the strap it just doesn't stay attached to my watch. I definitely ordered the correct strap. It looked ok quality but just doesn't work. I mailed immediately asking for a refund but have had no reply. I won't hold my breath. Unfortunately I didn't use PayPal or a credit card on this occasion. Lesson learned

Not sure if this is a scam page or what? Please avoid at all costs. I ordered a strap from these guys twice and the item was shipped back to China twice and not notified.

Never got the strap in the end

I bought a watch strap from these jokers, and ultimately this was cheap crap which is incompatible with a Garmin watch. Simple movements such as walking / taking off a t-shirt would cause the strap to detach and the watch would fall from my wrist. I contacted the seller to raise the issue only to be told by a chap called Luke:-

"The deadline for reporting a faulty product is 24 hours after delivery, after which time we cannot respond to your complaint.

Beyond this time, it is impossible to distinguish whether it is a quality problem or misuse, I'm sorry but we can not provide more help."

Incredible! This item took weeks to arrive, and as i didn't report within 24H (I was away working) they will not even engage you to discuss their substandard and incompatible product.

If you were considering using this seller, i would urge you to instead donate a small sum of your hard earned money to a homeless person or some other charitable cause instead - you will feel way more satisfaction.

I think the saying goes "Buy cheap, buy twice"

Ordered mid-December, and just received it 2nd week of January (which from other reviews is quick!!). Be aware, these "Garmin Straps" are NOT Garmin straps - OK it does say it on the website but it has been professionally put together so it is easy to miss. They are made and shipped from China. God knows how much it costs the owner of this company to do this - probably pennies! But someone is making a lot of money out of knockoff goods. The straps are inferior and not worth the price. It also made my wrist sore after less than 24 hours of wearing it! Don't buy from this seller. I wonder if Garmin themselves are aware?

Ordered strap in early December. Item purportedly shipped from China. Arrived in Belgium 24/12. Now gone back to China. 3 emails sent. No response whatsoever. Now checking if refund made. Not holding out much hope.

Don’t do it. Please don’t order from this company and waste your money. I placed an order in early December and I haven’t received the strap and I’ve heard nothing from them despite numerous emails. Thankfully I ordered through my credit card company so I am looking to recover the money through them. This company is a sham.

Follow on review from 28 November. Following a series of emails to ‘Des’ I received a full refund today for a replacement 735XT strap.
Disappointed I never received the strap but happy I got my money back.

After 2 months, no watch strap. Email exchange with a spurious character by the name of 'Luke' who promised faithfully 3 times to sort the issue out and then just stopped responding. Assuming it is some scam website and will try and reclaim money via credit card company. DO NOT USE!

Very pleased with the quality and value of the rose gold Milanese stainless steel watch strap I bought a couple of months ago from Garmstraps. I found the silicone strap that came with my Garmin watch uncomfortable, and a replacement leather strap bought via Amazon didn't last. The Garmstrap is very comfortable and robust.

Been waiting weeks for delivery - has not arrived. Just awful.

Absolutely rubbish. Strap took weeks to arrive from China, which is misleading on the website. It had 2 fasteners and by 8 weeks in, one of them had broken off while the other was splitting. I contacted them and they said it had been an extended period since purchase, and I could get one for half price on Black Friday sales! Really annoying as a real Garmin strap will last years. Buy s**t, buy 5x!

This company is a scam. Website looks great but it took about 6 weeks for the product to arrive. The replacement strap is the wrong size and will not fit my Vivo 4s (I did order for this model). The strap is cheap material (nothing like a genunie garmin strap) and to top it off they sent me a black strap when I clearly ordered a grey one. This strap was not cheap at approx 30 euro.

Don't not buy from this company. They shop items directly from China. It takes ages to deliver to The UK

I ordered a strap on Nov 17 and a week later it is still sitting somewhere in China and has not moved for days. The web site and products look great but I'm no longer convinced I'll receive my order.

Can only agree with the other reviews. Clearly a poor quality copy from China. Both my wife and I ordered straps and both are completely wrong for our watches despite the description on the website. They have promised refunds but not yet received in the bank. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

Worst experince ever. Oder a replacement watch strap on 29th October and tricked to think it was dispatched from UK. But the tracking they provided seems to be from China. The even told me at point that it was handed to Royal Mail with a RM tracking but the actual tracking still shows that the item is still in China. It is been two weeks now and still no sign of the watch strap. Stay away from this dealer and should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

Appalling company. Ordered a replacement strap for Vivoactive 3 - broke after a couple of months. Messaged the company repeatedly - not a single reply. In an act of total idiocy I ended up buying another strap from them (I was tired and genuinely didn't realise I was buying it from the same company) - this was hasn't even arrived. Stay away from them.
