Quality goods, prompt service

Brilliant company. Can't fault them.

Given delivery circumstances were out of their control, customer service was excellent in keeping me up to date as to what the issue with delivery was.
In regards to the quality of the product I would have to say that the powder coating/painting of the product let it down a little, as certain parts the coat was thicker than on other parts. Given that this was not noticeable when castors were fitted, if I was going for a high end finish to the project this would have been more of a concern. Overall this is a great product for the value.

Great service and a very reasonable price. Replacing the old castors with these was very easy and took less than 2 minutes. These castors are perfect for use on wooden floors and carpeted floors which is what I needed, thank you .

GOOD PRODUCT, COMPETITIVE PRICE AND QUICK DELIVERY

Great wheels worked with the girls under bed storage.
Thanks would buy again

Great customer service, initially Royal Mail had issues with delivery, so Tim sorted it

Easy use website, Great communication, Good packaging

Found website very informative, I purchased 8 x bench type caster wheels with foot lift ,I'm in process of designing some kind of lift to transport heavy turnstiles from one area to another I'll send photos when they are done

Product was as described, at a fair price, and came when they said. Excellent service.

Our casters arrived in good time and i was very happy with such a friendly, personal service.
Thank you.

Good service and great quality product.

Would deal with them again, excellent service and quality goods. Speedy delivery.

Came pretty fast and quality was good for the money

The castors are great, well made and very strong. The delivery experience left much to be desired though. The Royal mail 48 service took almost two weeks to deliver.
