Professional & Fast Service
Had a problem with our geberit aquaclean mera toilet as the remote control as well as the panel control stopped working all of a sudden and wouldn't reconnect. After unsuccessfully going through some instructions with the customer advisor a technician was arranged to come and rectify the problem. The technician came and sorted out the problem in no time.

Very helpful service
Eventually after waiting over 20 minutes on the phone between Geberit and the shower spares company I received very quick and helpful service all questions were answered

Excellent service…
I have had an excellent service from geberet. My toilet was playing up, so I emailed the firm and an engineer came out within two weeks. He fixed it within an hour.
Love my loo and want it working.

The Geberit toilet
The Geberit toilet has given my wife her dignity back . I now don’t have the need to help her with her bathroom needs. The only thing we find it makes a clicking noise after the flush . We can’t find anyone to come a service the Geberit toilet.

Also, just to reassure you, Geberit toilets are designed to be low maintenance and therefore, don't require regular servicing apart from a descale, which is simple to do yourself.

Going the ‘extra mile’ in customer support.
I had an issue with the intrinsic quality of flush plate. I felt that I could repair it if the trim edges could be obtained as spares. After contacting customer support and providing a couple of photos, Geberit provided a no charge replacement of the complete unit. This was more than I expected when deciding to make contact. All I can say is excellent Customer support and thank you for going the ‘extra mile’.
