Good advice and prompt delivery.
Good advice on identifying part to repair Geberit flush unit. Part then arrived promptly and fits. I was a bit shocked by the price.

My experience.
They were great ,i emailed them late in the evening, by morning I had a reply with a phone # to call , I called they put me thru to whom I needed to talk too , and within 15 mins everything I needed was fixed.

Excellent Technical Support
We had a problem fitting a new AquaClean WC, Geberit's Technical Support team was able to understand the problem, and sent the parts we needed to get everything resolved. I'm very pleased with this level of support.

Not quite fixed yet. 
I was delighted with the ability to actually connect to the toilet remotely, but unfortunately it hasn’t fixed the problem.
