Excellent service, the crew did a beautiful job with the installation. They arrived on schedule, complete both front and back track lighting on the house in one day. Left nothing behind. I am thrilled with the end result - such a great and helpful team!!

The electricians were very courteous and professional!

Good lights

We love our lights. The service was outstanding from the beginning to when they were installed.

Great company, no regrets, awesome, very festive, polite and patient the people who installed the, efficient workers, love these bright beautiful lights. Thank you!

Quote was easy to get & installation was done on a timely basis

The professionalism and friendliness through phone conversations, visits to my home, installation of the lights and now having a great time operating them, I could not ask for better people or company to do business with. Don't try to beat their warranty because you can't. Happy customer Dan Johnston

Kurtis and his team did a fantastic job. Professional, very knowledgeable, and great communication through the installation and training on the Gemstone lights

Efficient communication and quality install.

People that installed were great. Fronm what I understand, we were their first install in the London ON area. They aren't the problem. The problem is the software and app that controls the lights. Now, I'm no computer programmer but holy crap, this is one aggravating piece of software. There is no logical way to program my lights. I'm not happy. My neighbour has a different brand and has no issues what so ever.

I love it 💖💖easy to change colours and themes

Great team from sales to finished install. Love the product and highly recommend Aurora Lighting.

We recently had Gemstone Lights installed by Ortus Lighting and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. They took the time to explain the features, walk us through the app, and make sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted.

The lights themselves are incredible—energy-efficient, customizable, and they add such a beautiful touch to our home. Being able to adjust colors and patterns for different seasons and occasions is a game changer, and the quality of the installation is second to none.

What impressed me most was Ortus Lighting’s attention to detail and customer service. They answered all our questions, responded quickly, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with exceptional service.

I highly recommend Ortus Lighting to anyone considering Gemstone Lights. Our home looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

They came in and rescued my rescued my installation from a less than professional franchisee. Totally satisfied with the interaction with Avalon.

So fun to use the different colors and patterns, including Fireworks effects! But also elegant when needed!

Trades by Jack the installer were great!
