Had my second extraction of a broken…
Had my second extraction of a broken tooth with Prasaba Sharma in Gloucester. I have totally irrational fear and despite trying really hard not to, I had worked myself into a bit of state by the time i was called. It turned out to be a stubborn and difficult extraction but Prasaba handled every aspect of it perfectly, with calm, solid, confidence. The kind way she acknowledged my fear. The anesthesia was perfectly administered and i did not experience even a tiny bit of pain despite the difficulty.
it is now over 24 hours later and i still have not had any pain at all. I took two ibruprofen when i got home and then two about 4 hours later and no pain during or since then.
The only painful and distressing part of this whole thing was my self-torture in the waiting area.
P.S. All the staff that i could see there seemed really nice too.
And whoever replies to reviews here does a really good and sincere job which also inspires confidence.

3rd time lucky with my daughter letting…
3rd time lucky with my daughter letting the dentist in Garforth do her first filling. She’s very anxious and has autism.
The staff explained to her step by step of what they were doing whilst carrying out the procedure for her.
Great patience was needed with her and that’s all she wanted and needed to have her filling done.

Dental appointment good lift out of service not good
My dental appointment itself was fine , they made me feel comfortable and also made my little girl feel at ease when having her teeth checked .
My issue on the day was the lift was out of service and I had to carry my other child ( 5 month old ) up the stairs in her car seat whilst she was sleeping .
Luckily a doctor on ground floor looked after the base of the pram in his room for me which was so kind of him to do so .
I feel it would be informative to let people know before their appointment if the lift is out of service as if I had known I may of rescheduled or tried to arrange childcare for my 5 month old .
I also feel it would benefit those with mobility issues or the elderly to know beforehand too

Made me feel comfortable as I am very anxious. Gave me a stress ball which was brilliant, helped me a lot. Stopped whenever I needed to and gave extra anaesthetic when needed. Explained everything and gave me lots of reassurance. Everyone is so friendly. All area are clean and comfortable.

Pleasant Dental Experience
My husband and I have been to Genix for 15 years and have always had good treatment. Was seen promptly.
The surgery was very clean. I have seen the same dentist in all that time and he is really nice, explains everything clearly.
