I ordered the collars out of desperation when my Maine Coon did not readily accept my much smaller rescue cat. The collar helps keep her mellow and although acceptance has been slow to come, by the time I put on the second collar I saw them touching noses! I intend to keep these collars in my arsenal of tricks to keep my cats happy and content.

If a negative star was available, I would give it that. The collar didn't work, my cat actually got more aggressive. I bought directly through the company because they offered a money back guarentee. I bought 3 and got one free for $64 with high hopes. I had to send 3 back at my own expense with a week to get any response from customer service. After over a week with it being shown delivered, they responded with I would get a refund when they received it (although they already had). Two weeks later they email that they will refund $32. This is half of what I paid. The customer service is terrible, the product is terrible. Buyer beware!
Edited---I used one of the 4 collars that I bought and returned 3 so you didn't refund correctly. I stand on the horrible customer service since you can respond to a negative review in minutes when it has been taking you weeks----AGAIN BUYER BEWARE
My information is not false. I returned all but one collar so if you say I ordered 6 then you only sent 4 and again are misrepresenting yourself. I would never spend this much time on a false review! My experience is true and valid and you have been terrible to work with!

These collars are fantastic. Had the diffusers which were great but these are so much better as they go with your cat wherever he goes, instead of just the certain rooms that have plug ins.

Update 2: I have received a full refund of both my orders and customer service answered my emails. I updated my review to 4 stars. 5 stars would have been if I got the products. Thank you.
Update after your reply here: Since I don't have any more emails from you, I have sent you a reply from the last email that I have sent you, sent you another email since customs are charging me with taxes.

I have made 2 orders on the 24th of July and it's August 17th and I didn't receive the collars. It is sent from China, if I knew this I would not have put my orders and simply order from Amazon where there is a ton of choice without the hassle. Plus the package is now stuck in customs. I have contacted customer service that told me to send them the emails claiming that my orders were stuck in customs, I did and never heard a word from them again, it's been a week! It's not worth the trouble!!!! Don't order from this company if you are in the EU!

After using the calming collars my cats are much happier

It’s only early days trialling the collars, and I honestly wasn’t expecting them to work. However! We have 13 cats -fosters and rescues and we’re well set up for it with a huge catio, self cleaning litter trays and large house. I wanted to try and settle my 4 big boys down as they weren’t getting along and they would mark and fight, especially if we had a neighbourhood cat come into our yard. Over the years, I’ve tried everything. I mean, EVERYTHING. Nothing worked and we have been debating euthing 2 of the boys as they can’t really be rehomed and we were at our wits end. Out of desperation, I ordered the gentle paws collars, thinking they would do nothing.

I’m so happy to report that I’ve been proven wrong! 3 of the boys tolerated the collars immediately, even though I thought the strong smell would put them off. 1 boy wouldn’t tolerate the collar at all, but he is the one I figured wouldn’t get on with it. The other 3 are like totally different cats! After a few days of using them we’ve not had a single mark or fight. The boys are all calm. I was in total shock earlier today to see two of the biggest enemies sleeping next to each other on the bed. They have barely tolerated each other in the same house previously! At first I thought they must just be a bit drugged, but they were Adler and engaged when I went to check on them.

For the one who hasn’t tolerated the collar, calming the others down has been enough for him. And keep in mind, these are cats who have never worn a collar, so 3 out of 4 accepting them immediately is outstanding odds in my eyes.

I’m hoping I won’t need to update this review in the future to say it was just a lucky couple of days. At this stage, I feel like we might have won the battle. I’ve already told my vet about it so she can recommend them to anyone else who is having problems. I realise they won’t work for all cats, but I think we’re a pretty good case study, given the state that these cats were in when they came to us, and how many we gave. So far, I would totally recommend giving them a shot if you aren’t sure.

Only onto the second collar since yesterday. I have noticed an improvement of
about 90% but only towards the end of the first month. Hoping going forward it will be 100% 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I’ve finally had a break from cleaning up cat pee all over the house. This was my last ditch effort to sort the cats out and I can hardly believe it. The collars really do work.

My cats are not stressed out when traveling. This was a good decision to order them before our trip. The didn't have any issues with the collar itself and they were relaxed during the whole trip and coming back. I'm definitely ordering again.

My cat is no longer as spicy! He kept attacking the older cat but this has really helped. Only downside is he keeps chewing the collar and tightening it himself so have to check this daily.

I am a vet nurse of over 43 years and was a skeptical of this product as I had been using another brand with zero response. I have 6 cats and my youngest started urinating on floors and anything eft on the ground, she was also antagonising the rest of my cats, so I bit the bullet and bought both the diffusers and the collars. I may have to stop using the collar as she is now extra affectionate to the point where I can't get my work done (home office) due to her constant demands to be picked up. Thankfully her inappropriate urination has stopped so that eases my annoyance but maybe you need to add a caveat that cats may become extra loving on your boxes.

I purchased the collars and didn't realize that it was a subscription that I entered into. The collars didn't work for my cats. They made one sneeze and the other got tangled up in to since the collar wouldn't stay tight. I reached out to return them during the 30 day window since they didn't work asking to return them and cancel the subscription. They would only take back collars that had not been used and they want to charge me extra since I apparently got a discount since it was a subscription. I truly believe that they have deceptive advertising practices. How can you have a satisfaction guarantee but only offer a return for an unused product. How can you be satisfied with something you haven't tried? Why would you keep a subscription for something that doesn't work?

SCAM !!!!!
They take payment, never send a product. I have emailed 8 times... no responce, not even a bot. I messaged through facebook and Instagram and they ignored and blocked me.

My use of the calming collars is probably slightly different to most.
I decided to get the collars because I own and run a cattery, there are several extremely timid, scared cats that stay and I thought putting a calming collars on them when they arrive may help them be less terrified during their stay.
So far I have only tried the collars on one pair of timid cats which have stayed with me previously, so I had a behaviour benchmark from the previous visits. The collars did seem to make the cats less scared, did not change their natural shyness, but it allowed them to sit in the open rather than under a duvet for their entire stay and they responded well to strokes, which previously they shyed away from and just got more scared.
I will need to test them with a wider selection of my clientele before being able to confirm they definitely make a difference, but the first example shows a good response.

Alltså jag trodde inte alls på det här, men var lite desperat när en ny katt var väldigt osäker och anföll mina andra katter. Men nu, efter en månad , är det en sådan skillnad... Jag försökte på olika vis i fem månader före jag köpte halsbandet, så jag tvivlar på att det är tiden som spelar in.

I have noticed an improvement in my cats behaviour since using the collar.

I am amazed at the change in my cat! He would attack my other male cat and the fur would fly. I was genuinely concerned that he would really hurt the other cat. Both the boys are fixed and grew up together. I adopted a little girl (also fixed). Thats when he attacks started.All is calm in my house now. Kind of a miracle. this is the 3rd calming collar and I dont have to try any other.

I am not sure there is anything wrong with your product but we took in a very stressed rescue cat to mix with 2 very calm cats. She has not settled even with the collar but it is hard to tell because she does come to the humans for pats and purrs; just not to the other ats at whom she hisses and scratches.

I have a small Bengal cat that was handraised (mom died) by me. She has a few issues - spraying when stressed; pulling out her fur; randomly biting people; and fighting with her roommates occassionally. We are on second month: no spraying, her fur is growning back (she was bald in places), no biting and she actually allowed her roommate in her bed.
