Company did a check in email which was nice. Cat seems calmer. Safety release mechanism was a bit tricky to figure out.

These collars made my six cats sick 🤮 there was vomiting and diahorrea involved around a week after and I had to remove them
There was no change in the fighting and spraying that was going on before
I contacted their customer service twice for my guaranteed money back and was ignored by them
I went through PayPal and was denied because I didn’t have the address label from them and sent the parcel back without one
After persistence with PayPal I finally got my refund

One of our two Abyssinians pees beside the litter box, no matter how clean or type of litter. They are both around 3, not related and came into our home as young cats at different times. Our male cat was with us first and is jealous of his sister and they didn't do terribly together, but she was pretty scared of him. So, we tried out these collars on both of them. This morning they were basking in the sun, snuggled together. One is still peeing beside the litter boxes, but less frequently. Once he/she stops, I will give the collar 5 stars. But, for sure they are both calmer (for 2 young Abyssinians, known to be very active cats) and get along better.

The collar really seems to have calmed out cat. He is a lot less anxious.

I almost said 4 stars, but in fact there's been improvement. Mine weren't quite the conditions they are aiming for. Noah is importunate and can't believe Bell doesn't like him, but he's not aggressive. Bell wants him to leave her alone, but she never starts anything. Since getting the collars she is not as quick to smack him but she still wishes he'd leave her alone. Probably if real aggression had been present I'd have a better review, but the collars have made her more tolerant.

Ordering was easy, they came quickly, and they're easy to put on.

I need to return as they did not work for my 2 cats, still hissing and growling. I need a phone number to return as Royal Mail state this is a requirement

There was a small delay while waiting for the customer’s response, but everything was eventually resolved. Overall, I’m happy with the service.

We adopted another kitten about 2 months ago so now have 4 cats. The eldest is over 18 years old and he doesn’t bother any of the other cats. The other 3 are females. The 7 year old got very stressed which in turn stressed the 2 year old. They weren’t very welcoming to the kitten. We had used Feliway before but that is confined to just one area so it wasn’t enough. Decided to try the Gentle Paws collars. It took a week or so but we noticed a big difference in behaviour with the 7 year old. So we then introduced the collar to our 2 year old. Things have calmed down so much and our 2 year old is accepting and playing with the kitten which is so nice to see. Daisy is now 16 weeks old and is a velociraptor, constantly trying to be the Alpha cat with the other girls.
It would be nice if Gentle Paws made kitten collars too.
But we are in a much better place and the collars don’t have a strong smell and don’t have any effects on our family. Best ad I’ve seen on Facebook.

Tried the new product collars to calm my cats. My both can neck fur comes out and i have to stop and remove the collar immediately. Email them for the refund and they responded very quick and willing to work with us. Overall something works well for others but not mind.

The smell of these collars is very strong, however not unpleasant. My cat wore the collar and did not object, however it really did not work for him. At first I was hopeful that it was, but it did just turn out to be coincidence. I attempted to cancel my subscription and encountered a "policy" that I could not find on the website, but after e-mailing a second CS agent I was able to get the problem resolved. Their money back guarantee does not apply to any opened item, so beware. In the end the CS was fine, but be mindful when you order. I'm sad the product did not work for my cat.

Brilliant cat calming collars, all the benefits of a diffuser but none of the worry about leaving one plugged in.

Sadly by the time we received the collars (they took just over two weeks to arrive) our boy had to have an operation in his neck and at his final check up yesterday the vet advised against using a collar due to the nature of the op and sensitivity of the area. Gutted as was hoping to find a solution to our boy's spraying habits. I contacted the company and they quickly offered a refund option so I am hoping they follow through with this. I also queried the break-away safety feature which wasn't obvious on the collar from what I or the vet I showed it to could see - they confirmed there is one. Impressed so far with customer service, just awaiting my refund. I would definitely try Gentle Paws collars again in the future should we have another cat who would benefit, or if they developed some other calming solutions instead of a collar.

Shout out to Gentle Paws for outstanding customer service. Having received our collars earlier last week two days later we unexpectantly had to say goodbye to our beloved cat. I reached out to them to see if there was any chance of returning and they happily obliged offering a refund. Thank you so much. Whilst our boy only had his collar on for a couple of days we did see an improvement in his calmness. He was more affectionate and we didn’t experience spraying. I am very confident had we not lost him and he continued wearing it results would have continued. Would recommend

Es hat die Katzen (Kater plus Katze) etwas beruhigt. Das Urinieren hat sich noch nicht ganz gelegt, aber minimiert.
Ich werde neu bestellen, denn es wirkt deutlich mehr als die Stecker von feliway z.B.
