This programme has made losing weight a relaxing and predictable process. Very easy process, and my meds had arrived in due course. I feel my appetite is dwindling naturally and I am losing weight without feeling stressed and restricted.

Had a lovely experience today at White City Westfield. From start to finish customer service and experience was fantastic. The medic I had I belive was Marcia she was awesome and knowledgeable. Nadia the manager made the atmosphere warm and welcome.

The service is structured in a way that makes everything simple to manage. The consultation was clear, and the guidance has been practical.

i have a low expectation of service to try it and so i was monitoring everything attentively, at first few days i feel that system is not very beginner friendly and some steps should be explained more thoroughly but still, in my case, the results are not felt immediately, after some weeks they are noticeable provided that you are consistent.

Straight forward. Staff -Asma and Julia- were attentive and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions before proceeding with professionality. A blood test on offer was offered but I did not feel pushed . It felt a refreshingly honest, supportive and soothing experience.

Everything was lovely! The lady attending to me was phenomenal and the red light therapy left me feeling energized! Will certainly return!!

In my case, the experience was not bad, but not entirely smooth. registration is not that complicated, but then instructions become confusing to newcomers; you have to provide service correctly, or you may not see a significant difference at first. the delivery was delivered without any problems. results are slow, and you have to follow them appropriately, or you may not see a significant change at first.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The staff initially didn’t want to offer me the drip I came to the clinic for. Then she pinched my arm 3 times and couldn’t get the drip. So I didn’t get the treatment I came for. Then I was offered red light therapy which I tried. Then I was told I would not get the 10% I was offered. The staff was extremely rude and bullied me. I will not come back.

i began this and the first thing i saw was that onboarding is not particularly easy. some things are easy but others are confusing to me, i had to reread and re-read. customer support was quick to respond, which I liked but results are not fast, and it takes me several weeks to actually notice a difference.

The staff were SO sweet and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entirety of the experience! Everything from booking the appointment, communicating with staff, and the actual service itself was super smooth and easy.

the visit didn't take long but I'm glad I did it. it moves quickly and is well organised. I felt better after than I did before, that's why I go.

Love Get A Drip!
I had a blood test taken which is so far more superior than any NHS blood test. The additional feedback and advice from the doctor was excellent. I know how well my supplements are working and what I need to do to improve my wellbeing - no more second guessing!

Especially when I discovered that Get A Drip do a 40 test panel themselves for GBP150! Excellent value! I would have chosen them 1st over Medichecks, had I known.

The pricing feels fair for the level of service. Instructions were clear, and the team was helpful throughout.
