My experience has been terrible and they are a dishonest company who should be avoided. I spoke with Vincent Ciminera to obtain an IUL starting July 1st 2025. I asked about fees and he was vague with his reply and simply stated that everything was covered by the $200 monthly premium. When I got the documents via email the number didn’t make any sense from a financial perspective so I called to cancel the policy. This is where the run around began. I was told no one was available to cancel and that I would receive a call back, I requested to hold on instead and was hung up on. I called back immediately and Jason Ruvulo answered using my first name before I even identified myself. I told him I was hung up on and that I wanted to cancel my policy and he said ok and attempted to end the conversation. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation which he said takes a few days All lies! A few days later I received a text from Vincent stating that they appreciate me being a customer and to let him know if I have any needs or if I wanted to recommend any family members. I reply by telling him I cancelled the policy and not to debit my account any further as my back and my attorney have been notified of their obvious attempts to not cancel my policy. I then called and a woman named Stephanie answered and I asked why the policy was not canceled due to the text I received from Vincent which clearly indicated that it had not been. She read my reply and initially said it was Vincent until I informed her that I was the one stating that I cancelled the policy. She said she had to get in touch with the proper person to cancel it and someone would get back to me. I asked why wasn’t that done days ago when I asked for it to be cancelled? She again stated that someone will call me. I will not play this game with them and I will follow up with my attorney to straighten out this matter.

The agent I spoke with was nice but I received a email saying I would not have the tobacco on my policy and I would pay $116 monthly but then I get sent Docusign paperwork advising that I will have to pay for the tobacco fee and when I asked Aleka he couldn’t really explain but it is very confusing you send a Email saying one thing then the actual paperwork has something different that I did not like.
