Zachary and his team always made sure to reach out to me, even when it was the slightest change. They were with me throughout every step of the way and made it as easy as possible for me. I appreciate that they cared and got me the outcome I was shooting for!

They broke it down for me and made the sign up simple. I work in the fish industry and it gets pretty risky at times. The ocean is unpredictable. But, I couldn't have made a better decision than this

Literally everything about the whole sign-up process and who my agent was helping me was all nothing but fantastic. I just wish my parents had known about this for our sake and that I wish I knew about this sooner for my kids sake, but it is what it is. I’m just thankful to have it now and I guess the only constructive criticism I would have would be that I wish I could Make more deposits as I’m able to on the app and not have to call a person in order to make those deposits I just don’t have time to be sitting around making phone calls like that all the time but that’s all. Other than that small inconvenience, I love it.

I signed up for the $88 policy but she talked over me and kind of pressured me into a higher cost policy. I didn’t feel like going back and fourth with her. But its not what I wanted and felt she took advantage of me and lied. My agent was Amanda. I wanted the $88/month policy not the $115 one. Not a good experience for me because she didn’t want me to signup for the cheaper one although she lied saying she would process the one I wanted first but she didn’t.

I had a great experience the agent who called me was really helpful in getting me up to speed and allowing me to ask questions before feeling confident about moving forward with the process.

Amplify was very understanding in what I wanted for my family. The attention to detail on my needs throughout the process and the amount of communication between the representatives was more than I could ask for. Highly recommended to families!
