First and foremost let me extend my gratitude and say THANK YOU to JENNIFER who was very knowledgeable and very friendly answering every question I had with a concise and informative answer. She had a plethora of knowledge in IUL policy’s and structures. She was excellent in her job and very friendly as well her customer service skills are top notch and it was a pleasure speaking with her. She’s a very valuable asset to Amplify and they should be ecstatic to have her representing there company in this day and age to see someone do there job and do it well going above and beyond is really a great thing…. And I haven’t even committed to anything yet but after speaking with her I will. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I come across looking for a policy to contact her! The experience I had signing up for my policy was AMAZING! I felt like family when they signed me up for the policy, the team was extremely helpful and they continue to answer my questions regardless of how many I had. They answered my questions through text, email, phone call and they use a scheduling calendar that allowed me to schedule a phone appointment on my own time. The process of setting up my life insurance accounts for my kids has not been smooth. Communication throughout has been lacking, particularly in terms of timely and clear email updates regarding the status of my policies. Additionally, I was informed that I would be able to make changes to the policies through the portal and contribute to the cash value accounts directly. However, this functionality was not available as expected, which was disappointing and added to the confusion. It has a been a very frustrating process so far.

I like the IUL scenarios that my agent ran for me. Agent was knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife as we had lots of questions about indexed life insurance. However, when life insurance contract was delivered via Docusign the underwriter had the incorrect Date Of Birth for me. This is very concerning to me. Something like date of birth should be verified by a source document by the agency as well as the underwriter. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.

The customer service is excellent and everything was explained in detail.
