Paulo was an excellent fitter and took great care whilst bringing materials into the house and was an absolute professional in the assembly. The beds look great.

Sean and Tyler were very friendly when they delivered the bed and built it quickly. The bed itself looks like great quality.

Easy to contact them, just ordered thru whatsapp, Spencer was very helpful. My second bed frame order from this company. Good quality solid wood frames. Family also ordered from them on my recomendation. Very happy with previous bed frame, after moving house and putting frame back together there is no movement or sound. Solid thick pine slats. I really like many options in colour and wood types and so many bed frames to choose from. Amazing company and easy to change bed height etc. 3D models very helpful! I have double oxford bed in grey wash and just ordered super king low platform in white pine. There is not many companies as good as them. I did my research trust me. Im sick of argos ikea etc , single bed frame in solid pine could not support latex mattress properly, thin slats , moving bed frame etc . Other shops selling beds for hundreads in solid wood but they put thin sprung slats. Will never understand this. Get laid beds are amazing! Strong and solid. Would order from them anytime and recomending them to everyone.

I had an issue with the gas struts on my ottoman bed and contacted the company for help. George was brilliant throughout. He responded quickly, arranged replacement struts without any hassle, and kept everything straightforward.

The replacement parts arrived promptly and I’ve now fitted them successfully. The bed is working perfectly again.

I was already very happy with the bed itself, but the way George handled the issue has given me even more confidence in the company. It’s great to deal with a business that genuinely looks after its customers when something goes wrong.

Excellent customer service and delivery . Todd phoned me the day before to advise on delivery time, he arrived promptly and was very polite and considerate. Todd put my bed frame together very quickly and efficiently . He kindly adjusted the width of the slats several times for me until I was totally happy with it. I have recently had to replace lots of furniture due to a flood and it is very rare to find a company that actually has a human being on the end of customer service and delivery . Also very pleased with the bed base !

Had a few questions before ordering the bed. Im in canada and the beds are bejng shipped from UK so was a bit spectacle. Chris helped out via whats app and answered my questions and inordered my bed

Ordered our third bed from GetLaid, as ever the quality, and service is superb. This time around we made an error when ordering. I spoke to Lenni, and she was amazing in helping us sort out not only a new order, but also arranging for the one we made a mistake on being picked up - and for a very reasonable price. Todd was fantastic. He immediately got to work and whipped the whole bed together in around 30 minutes.
