Ordered 2 Christmas craft kits and the advent calendar via 2 separate orders. I’ve had the email confirmation but nothing else and I ordered them nearly 3 weeks ago. They claim to deliver within 2-3 days . . . I’ve contacted them via email, via their contact form on the website, via Facebook and via Instagram and have had no response. Now I’m going to have to open a claim with my bank, but the worst thing is I now need to find replacements as these were gifts for friends. Not impressed

Ho acquistato un kit per un regalo, ci sono stati dei piccoli problemi sulle tempistiche di spedizioni ma sono rimasto colpito dalla velocità e dalla cortesia dell'assistenza tecnica che, appresi i problemi, ha subito proposto rimborso o cambio merce. Il prodotto è veramente bello e lo consiglio per regali.

I brought the Biscuit coaster set and make the biscuits with ease was really fun and I loved the quality, however once I’ve painted them, and top coated them they keep pealing, not matter how many coats the paint keeps pealing. So I’m kinda getting a little frustrated

Servizio clienti molto gentili e disponibili. Ho ricevuto del materiale in sostituzione senza difficoltà né spese. Mi sono piaciuti molto.

Mi paquete llego muy dañado y con los pinceles rotos, me enviaron otro kit diferente, pero así pude responder los pinceles

I just love the design and packaging of the delivery and also the Website.

Overall a Great Experience for a date night

J'ai passé commande sur le site Pott'd, malheureusement mon colis a été perdu (par le transporteur ou le relai colis je ne sais pas). J'ai donc fait un mail au service après vente en expliquant la situation et notamment le fait que j'avais une date butoire pour réceptionner le colis. Dans la journée j'avais une réponse et un nouveau colis m'a été expédié (merci à Katie pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité !).
Les tasses sont très jolies et de bonne qualité, il n'y a plus qu'à laisser libre cours à son imagination maintenant !

Acquisto fatto il 27 luglio, tracking del pacco fermo al 30. Ho provato in autonomia a contattare il corriere, impossibile. Ho scritto all'assistenza del sito svariate volte, unica risposta data è che il pacco è consegnato per loro nonostante sia sul tracking nazionale che internazionale il pacco non sia mai stato consegnato. Esperienza pessima, delusione totale, vedo che non sono l'unico, può capitare di avere problemi con questo sito ed è davvero spiacevole. Acquisto di 46 euro senza possibilità di aprire reclami dal sito, soldi presi senza nessun tipo di assistenza, nè soluzione

Je suis ravie de mon achat : j'ai reçu ma commande très très rapidement, elle est conforme à mes attentes. Je vais l'offrir dans quelques jours, je suis sûre qu'elle fera très plaisir. Je suis également très satisfaite du service clients : très réactif et efficace. Merci !

Hello, yesterday I had a problem with the shipping address (the street number was missing). I only sent 1 email and quickly the problem was fixed, the order summary showed all the correct informations. Thanks to Katie and all the amazing Pott'd Staff!

Es war suuuper! Meine kleine Schwester hat sich sehr gefreut :)
Ich hab mit ihr einen Stiftehalter und ein Schmuckschälchen gebastelt. Sie hat noch einiges an Ton aber am Anfang musste ich dabei sein da die Anleitung nur auf Englisch war. Es ist absolut kein Problem für ältere, da die Beschreibung auch unfassbar nett mit kleinen Pictogrammen angeführt ist - super cute.
Naja der Ton ist super getrocknet und die Farbe deckt schön - man kann sich wirklich nicht beschweren 👍🏻👍🏻

3-5 tracked delivery?
My order was a gift and it’s now late by 4 days already. I’ve contacted customer service and have heard nothing.
I read mostly poor reviews but my daughter really wanted this for her birthday, so I took the risk.
It doesn’t bode well!

I ordered two mugs to paint and they were delivered within a week as promised. Equally to other reviews the paints were dried out when we wanted to paint, but when I contacted the support Katie was super helpful and understanding. She offered different solutions and ended up sending me fresh paints + an extra 6 paints and another mug for the inconvenience. It was extremely nice and painting the mugs was a lot of fun and very easy. Even though it was a rocky start the support was very accomodating and I can recommend ordering there.

Tuve un problema con el transportista y la entrega del paquete.

Me puse en contacto con la gente de Pott'd directamente y fueron súper amables, eficaces y rápidos en gestionar todo.

Muy contenta con el paquete y los productos recibidos y más aún con la atención al cliente que tienen. Se nota que adoran su trabajo. Hace falta más gente así.

Ho acquistato un kit ceramica per principianti dal sito di Pott’d per regalarlo a una mia amica ma purtroppo non è arrivato in tempo per la sua festa di compleanno, perciò ho dovuto comprare un altro regalo. Ho contattato l’assistenza di Pott’d e mi hanno rimborsato i soldi dell’ordine. Sono stati molto gentili e cordiali. Consiglio vivamente 😊

I ordered the coffee cup candle set which arrived within 3 days. Everything in the box looked fine and ready to use but there were no paper instructions and the QR code took me to an error page stating no instructions for this kit. I emailed the customer service team and the replied almost instantly with a video link for the how to guide :) I did the kit with a friend over a couple of days and it was really enjoyable and great quality. For complete beginners, it would have been helpful to provide guidance on how much clay to use at each step as there was a lot of guessing and reworking involved. Overall fab kit, looking forward to completing another!

contrairement aux autres commentaires, j’ai reçu mon colis en quelques jours seulement. en revanche, lorsque j’ai souhaité faire un retour (non lié à la qualité du produit) et que j’ai contacté l’adresse mail indiquée, pas de retour.
il est écrit que la politique de retour est de 30j, cela fait 15j que je les contacte à plusieurs reprises via mail et réseaux sociaux (ils n’ont pas d’autres moyens de contact…).

même si le retour n’est pas lié à la qualité, je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise que je ne trouve pas sérieuse.
d’ailleurs, je ne parviens (bizarrement) pas à rédiger un avis directement sur le site.
