Love the product. Literally my therapy. 💞💞💞

The delivery was very quick. The order arrived 3 days after. Unfortunately, I was not home during the delivery and my parcel was stolen. Emailed pott’d and they are sending a replacement for free! I am so grateful as the parcel was a gift for a friend. 10/10 customer service. Will order again and recommend to friends and family.

I got this kit as a present and was really excited to try it out! It is a beautiful kit, very easy to use and the quality is really good. 😊 I loved the golden colour and spent a creative afternoon colouring my travel mug with the rain tapping on the window.

I messed up a delivery address on my end and the team worked hard to make it right very quickly! Thank you!

I bought the 4 wine glass and paint set for my mother for mothers day. It had everything you needed in the kit. Great price and such a great little activity to do together. Now we have beautiful wine glasses to drink from when we're together.

I order a Home pottery deluxe kit and some things were missing when it arrived, but the staff helped me and they were so kind and fast. I am grateful and I love the pack. However I wish it was translated to Spanish since I bought it in Spanish version of the web, and there were description of the products in Spanish but it wasn't an option when I bought it.

Amazing company and such cute and fun projects either to have a date night, girls night or to craft on your own for gifts! I use my mugs daily!

The pottery kits are so beautifully packed and the delivery time was very quick. The customer service is also second to none.

It was such a nice experience. Me and my Boyfriend had a really fun and relaxing time together. The only bad things are that its just for handwashing and it was a bit difficult to paint big things because of the colors and they are also too small

Excellent customer service with Rona, who did a wonderful job swiftly fixing an order issue. Will certainly be shopping with Pott’d again!

I had an issue with my order where the some paints werent supplied. After contacting customer service, the team responded quickly and were incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Not only did they resolve the issue, but they went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new Paint a Mug Kit with the correct pastel colours instead of just the replacement paints. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.

Communication was friendly, professional and prompt, and they made the whole experience stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

Thank you to Rona and the team for the outstanding service.

Great product and easy to use!
I bought this wine glass painting set and was very happy with the results. The colors worked perfectly, were easy to apply, and the finished glasses looked beautiful. Everything was included and the instructions were clear. A fun and creative activity with great results. Highly recommended!

Kits come with everything you need, a beautiful range of colours, and I love how individual each cup is. It is the PERFECT sized coffee cup. We had a blast doing these 💕
