Pott'd Avaliações

Pott'd was very helpful and customer oriented after DHL lost parts of my order and (partial) shipment arrived late. It was a father's day gift that didn't arrive in time...DHL didn't care to help and blamed others. Pott'd responded to me immediately and offered direct replacenent. Thank you so much for you support!! Now we can enjoy daddy's gifts! The mugs and frames are great quality and very cute :)

I am a repeat customer because I just love these products! It’s the perfect way to unwind the mind and disconnect from work and stress! I love Pottd!

Schnelle Lieferung, gute Qualität und seper netter Kundenservice.

I am very satisfied with customer service! I had placed an order to arrive before Mother’s Day, and did get delivered on time. Unfortunately, the item was either delivered to the wrong location on the mailman’s side or stolen in the neighborhood. Though things did not go according to plan, and understandably so things happen, but Pott’d came through by replacing my order hassle free! And it’s stuff like this that I appreciate about any business. Their core values are evident, and will continue to support by revisiting in the near future!

The perfect Mother’s Day gift. It was nice to buy something for my mum that encouraged us to spend time together. Made our glasses for each other!

Every promise offered has been kept. Wonderful DIY-Kits which infortunatel I could not keep. Returning the items and being refunded was no problem at all. Very friendly and supportive team. I will most certainly order sth. in the future. Iris

Everything we needed was in our box! My husband and I had a sweet little at home date night creating some fun and memorable mugs to keep forever. We will definitely be ordering again!

I love all product,"Painting mugs was such a great experience. High quality, super fun, and the girls had the best time!"

The mugs are cute and feel high quality. We painted then and followed the instructions to bake them, but unfortunately the paint hasn't properly hardened and flakes off really easily, so they aren't useable.

I’m completely satisfied and have ordered from them many times. I’ve tried products from other brands as well, but for me it’s clear that I only buy from them. Great quality, reliable products, and I’m always happy with my orders. Highly recommended!

Received our kits and we LOVE them. High quality everything and these are going to make not only an awesome activity, but a great gift!

Customer service is also top notch and very sweet! I can feel the human behind the screen <3

Merci.

Great product, Great Support

Bestelle gerne wieder.

Good quality products. It gave my family lots of fun! Great customer service. Thank you!

Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Absolutely loved this project! It was fun and the boxes create a stress free hobby for anyone to start!
