Ich hatte ein Set zum Bemalen von vier Weingläsern bestellt. Es kam schnell an, aber leider war eine der Farben ausgelaufen. Der Kundenservice hat innerhalb eines Nachmittags geantwortet und ein Set mit zwei weiteren Weingläsern als Ersatz geschickt. Das war viel mehr als ich erwartet habe und bin sehr glücklich darüber, dass das zweite Set schon nach 2 Tagen ankam und heile war. Super Kundenservice! Vielen Dank.

I then contacted customer service and received a response very quickly.

My email came from Rona, an employee who was extremely friendly and solution-oriented.

We quickly found a satisfactory solution to the problem.

Therefore, top-notch customer service from which many companies could learn a thing or two.

We experienced issues with the wine glass painting set because the colors were dryed out. The team from Pott’d already knew about the issue so they sent us new colors via Amazon the next day to make sure we have a great valentine‘s. Furthermore, they had excellent communication and in the end sent us another free set of wine glasses & paint. Great customer experience! Thank you team!

Product arrived super quick but sadly arrived damaged due to courier handling. But the team were extremely fast and kind and helped to replace it and it arrived perfectly 😁

My boyfriend and I had the two cups to paint. The kit has a good quality. You can mix the colours to get a bigger range.

Pottd’s customer experience is straight-up unacceptable, and based on what’s visible publicly, it’s not a rare one-off — it’s a pattern.

Here’s what Pottd does:
They set a clear expectation around delivery, then fail to meet it. When customers follow up, the communication is weak, slow, or vague. Then when you push for a real fix, Pottd tries to shut you down with a tiny partial refund like that makes the problem disappear.

It doesn’t.

If delivery timing is a major part of why people buy — and Pottd’s marketing makes it feel that way — then failing on delivery isn’t a small mistake. That’s the core promise. And Pottd’s response is basically: “Here’s a few dollars, now move on.” That’s not a resolution. That’s dismissive and disrespectful.

What makes this worse is Pottd’s own public comments show customers complaining about the same thing:
• Orders taking longer than they were led to believe
• Little to no meaningful updates
• People repeatedly asking where their package is
• People saying they can’t get a straight answer
• And then Pottd offering minimal “credits” instead of properly fixing the situation

That is not how a legitimate company handles problems. Delays happen — fine. But a real company owns it and makes it right. Pottd’s approach reads like: stall, minimize, and offer pocket change so you stop complaining.

And I’m not interested in being “politely patient” while Pottd plays games with people’s money and time.

What Pottd should be doing (and what they aren’t doing):
• If you can’t meet the delivery expectation you advertise, be honest about it up front.
• If you miss it, communicate clearly and proactively.
• If it ruins the purpose of the purchase, issue a full refund — not a token discount that doesn’t match the inconvenience.

Pottd’s current approach feels like a deliberate tactic: sell the expectation, miss it, then offer a small credit and hope people don’t escalate.

I received my paint a mug kit and was sad to find dried up paint, unable to be saved. I email the support team and they got back to me quickly. They sent me a brand new box! The kit itself is high quality and a lot of fun.

Paint was dryed out but i texted the team and got everything replaced and even got a new Paint a mug kit

Excellent customer service and overall experience. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Communication was clear and prompt, and they made me feel truly valued as a customer.

It’s rare to find a company that shows this level of care and attention. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend them to others. I’ll happily order from them again in the future!

Tolle Produkte und ein super hilfsbereiter Kundenservice.

Ein paar der Farbtöpfchen waren ausgetrocknet und unbrauchbar, einige Farben decken kaum, mit den Stiften hat es gut funktioniert. Für das Geld hab ich etwas mehr Qualität erwartet.

Great customer service.

I accidentally ordered duplicate paint pens and was able to get my order amended with no issues so that I had two different sets instead of two of the same.

I placed an order 5 days ago, but accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I reached out and received a timely response regarding entering the correct address. After emailing them, I have not yet received any communication regarding when my order will arrive. My order is still on hold, and my $79 is still with them! I think I got scammed by this company. This is actually so unacceptable.
