Never received my order, no resolution from support
I ordered two sets of press on nails as a first time customer and never received them.
Customer service confirmed the order was sent via untracked lettermail but could not provide a mailing date, delivery window, or any proof it was actually sent.
When I followed up multiple times, I was repeatedly referred back to their shipping policy instead of being offered a replacement, refund, or clear resolution.
I understand untracked shipping can take longer, but being asked to wait indefinitely with no accountability isn’t reasonable. There appears to be no process for resolving lost packages, which made this experience especially frustrating.
I won’t be ordering again.
