My Best Weight-Loss Journey Ever
Slimmr is a great company, and has been very supportive throughout my weight loss journey. They are always available on the end of a phone if I have any questions, and they follow up on any queries that I may have.
Likewise, it is extremely simple and straightforward to re-order prescriptions, and the pharmacy team are helpfully on the end of the phone if I have any questions. As well as this, I can pick the day most suitable for me for my order to be delivered.
Since using Slimmr 20 months ago, I have lost more than 3 stone in weight, and have suffered very few side effects. The whole process has been relatively easy and straightforward, and I have no hesitation in recommending Slimmr to anyone who would like a supportive team to guide them on their weight-loss journey.

Slimmr really does provide a first…
Slimmr really does provide a first class service. If I have any queries whatsoever they respond very quickly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I need to add that I was wrong about specifying a delivery date, one can specify a particular date on a drop down menu towards the end of the order process which I didn’t realise till recently. All the deliveries to me have been on time and prompt with a particularly helpful delivery person.

Medical Professionals, responsive and human
A very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy organisation. Trained professionals dealt with all my medical questions and concerns. With a real, genuine kindness and concern for my health, Slimmr were able to deal with how I should use mounjaro after I had achieved my target weight and also how to stop using it in advance of some forthcoming surgery I am waiting for. Outstanding Customer Service and Support
I’ve been a Slimmr customer for around 10 months and continue to be thoroughly impressed with the level of service. The support team is incredibly responsive. Any time I’ve emailed with a query, I’ve received a helpful reply within minutes.
There have been a couple of occasions where I’ve had delivery issues (entirely on my side), and each time the support and prescribing teams went out of their way to help me resolve things quickly. When I needed to adjust my monthly order due to an extended holiday, they accommodated my request to make sure I didn’t miss a dose, and offered helpful advice on traveling with the medication.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Reliable, efficient, and a real pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.
