I cannot recommend Slimmr highly enough. From the very beginning of my weight loss journey to now, when I’m near my goal, every member of the team have been incredible.
I have had questions which have been answered without delay. I needed to change my medication early on which kept me focussed and proved the correct advice.

Trustworthy company to deal with. They offer online fitness classes, podcasts and more.
With price increases they have been proactive in keeping us up to date with what is happening and although probably not the cheapest you are guaranteed a company that is responsible and ethical.

Accessible and helpful …
Very accessible and always give good and quick responses to questions. I’ve been on Mounjaro prescribed by them for nearly a year and have lost 36kg, I have always felt supported.

Slimmr is too expensive compared to others....
My experience was fine with slimmr.
However if I can buy the same product from another company for 100 quid less a month I will.
Sorry, simple choice really.......

Thank you for sharing your review and we’ve glad we've delivered what you expected when you joined the Slimmr programme.
We offer a holistic wrap around service that offers to support patients in as many ways as we can. This means in addition to the GLP-1 medication, we offer psychological support videos you can use anytime, weekly exercise classes, a bank of more than 40 exercise classes online and top tier, responsive medical support delivered by experts in the field. This is quite different to most other providers.
We pride ourselves on offering responsive customer support - both within working hours (prescribers anytime, including to discuss dose adjustments and side effects) and outside of them. We also have a very responsive support desk, often staffed by doctors, and a counsellor who calls patients to check in on your progress. Lots of services offer weight loss jabs but this personal and wrap-around service is a key part of what Slimmr does differently. It means we are confident you'll get the most out of the new medication and develop the long-term habits you'll need to be able to stop this in the long term.
With regard to pricing, we are aware there is some variation in the prices for weight loss medications on the internet, and we do monitor this closely and try to price ourselves somewhere in the middle - we are not the cheapest but we are far from the most expensive. We aim to keep our prices in line with Boots, although we have currently manage to remain cheaper for the lower doses of both Wegovy and Mounjaro. Boots also charge £32 per month extra for some of the additional things that we include in the programme for free and which you can take advantage of. Bupa charge significantly more, for example.
We do understand that the medication is a significant outlay each month for many people. Where prices from others seem too good to be true, there have been a number of reports in the press of people seeking out weight loss medication deals and receiving fake products. There have already been over 250 pharmacy websites closed down for offering counterfeit products:

Don't forget, if you refer patients to us you (and them) receive money off your next order so that is one other of reducing the cost of the programme.

Efficient, caring, reassuring
Not only is the service extremely efficient but the people at Slimmr are genuinely caring. From time to time they check in with you and are prepared to have a long chat about how you are feeling and to answer any questions. You feel looked after. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than some of the mass providers but for me it is worth the sense that I am in safe hands.

Best Decision I Made
Before I joined Slimmr, I was very unsure but every email I sent was answered really promptly. I started on Mounjaro late April 2024. To date I have lost just over 5 stone which has changed my life for the better. I do think Slimmr cares about their customers and I can honestly say they have always been there to answer any queries I've had and to encourage me when the scales weren't moving fast enough!
