Your prompt service and attention are great, the WaveMax antennas arrive quickly. I discovered that they do not perform will or not at all in remote areas away from major cities and away from TV Stations. I wanted the Antennas for my RV and cottage but they are located where there are no TV signals. I apologize for my misunderstanding.

We were just disappointed it didn't work out for us. Our Television is not compatible with the Wave.
We are sad to say our experience didn't happen. The Wave is not compatible with our Television so we need to return it. Nothing that we did would make it work.

Wavemax antenna did not meet my expectations
Some how my order charged me for 2 units, which surprisingly arrived very quickly. I only thought I had purchased one on the website. Upon getting them today I tried hooking one up to two different TV's and scanned for channels. In both locations the wavemax did not perform as I had hoped/expected. In fact I put my old RCA antenna back on with better results. Additionally, I received numerous emails offering to purchase a universal remote to add to my order. I did not need one. I will say customer service has responded in a professional manner but I am trying to send these back as they do not work any better than my original HD antenna. I only opened one of them to try it out.
