I ordered a WaveMax Indoor TV Antenna (Digital HDTV) online. When I received the item today (5/30/2026), I decided that I no longer wanted the item. I called the WaveMax customer service department and talked to Edilyn. She assisted me and stated that because we were in the 30 days of purchasing the item, I could get a full refund for the purchased item. I had purchased the item on May 20, 2026.

Ordering was easy but too many follow up emails. I bought what I wanted I didn't like the emails pushing to buy more.

The employees at this Company were very nice and very Courteous. I'm not going to try and bash a Co. that have employees this nice.
The personnal that work for this company has always been very nice and very courteous. I ordered a Digital HDTV antenna. I received 7 of them ( I don't know who's fault) it very well could have been me. I also ordered a Universal Remote Control. I received 2 of them. When my wife got home from WV I told her what I purchased. I don't do much ordering, she does. She didn't like the reviews and ask me if I could return them. I said yes I would. None of any of the products have been openned out of the packages that they came in. So I'm trying to get a refund.
