Started out a little different but

Started out a little different but ended the way I wanted. I did not want the product, personal reason and they came through with refunds on everything. I can do business again if there was something I wanted.

Dissatisfied with the WaveMax Antenna

I was of the opinion this WaveMax antenna would work in my trailer plug into our TV as instructed. It did not. I called support for help and waited on the phone for greater than thirty minutes with someone answering, asking me to go online for support assistance. It was at this point. I went to the TV in our garage in hopes I could connect that TV to the remote WaveMax antenna. Neither of these connections worked for me, and I just felt remote support would probably not do any better than what I had already tried, so I elected at this point, to ask for my money back.

My order

I just wish you would let me know what my order total is before you asked me about your special add ons. I definitely would have accepted the speedy shipping if I had known it was only $2.00 more then what you actually charged me.

I only picked up 4 channels

I only picked up 4 channels. And they were all the same channel. Now I'm having a hard time getting a refund.

So far everything seems to be good

So far everything seems to be good. Now if the Wave Max does what is advertised I will be glad to rate you with 5 Stars. It all depends on your product.

Product did not produce over 100…

Product did not produce over 100 channels as advertised. I got six channels. I get over 30 with my own antenna. It didn't work for me . Returning items
