My wife and I went to the Drive through at Aintree Liverpool , and although the counter service was empty with just us two standing waiting there to be served , behind the counter there were three staff , after waiting a while just to be greeted the staff member in front of us said , “just wait a few seconds” and then walked off returning a bit later to continue to ignore us , he seemed pre occupied with an Uber eats order, sadly most of the fast food and coffee stores this seems to be the case , surely customers standing in front of you need to be prioritise as they have come to you , my wife and I voted with our feet and walked off , Costa has lost a regular customer for good ,sadly if you accept a second class service , that’s what you’ll get , that’s why I have took to trust pilot to see if feedback has any effect?

There are issue in the coffee that is a proper technological vending machine are not used to make coffee latte.

Had the worst ever stale cake this afternoon. Purchased a lonesome cinnamon bun, only one left. It had to be a leftover from at least the weekend (now Tuesday). It was only edible by dipping it my coffee, to the amusement of other customers. Have had previous similar experiences at other Costa outlets and will not get caught out again. Staff are lovely at this outlet which is why I didn’t make a fuss.

After exiting a toilet cubicle at Terminal 4 Heathrow arrivals I saw a male washing his feet in one of the hand basins. He was wearing a Costa Coffee T-shirt. I thought 'give him the benefit of the doubt.' Maybe he had a busy shift and was about to go home. Nope, I watched him leave the toilets and go straight behind the counter and continue working at Costa in the arrivals hall. I was going to have a coffee and a bite to eat there. Instead I went to Nero's upstairs .

Went to Costa (Hendon, NW4 3SA) for lunch after having a long morning at the hospital. Ordered a soya cappucino and a rocky road. Wanted to have the vegan toastie but you didn't have it(as usual).
My coffee was disgusting, undrinkable. I did not want to complain at first but I could not drink it, the milk was off. When I went to the counter and explained to the kind girl so served me, another member of the staff which I was not talking to(short blonde hair) raised her voice to me and said next time I should say it right away because I drank half of the coffee which was not true. What is te difference if I have a sip or 10, the coffee was disgusting and milk was off so you give me a new one because I payed for it, you didn't. ALso you have to throw it anyway? Lol
The kind girl who originally served me did not have an issue in making a new coffee with a different milk.
I don't appreciate the way this rude woman talked to me. She clearly has no customer service skills and has no clue how to talk to customers. I worked in hospitality for 10 years and in coffee shops, I received good training and never spoke like this to any customer. If You don't like your job or don't have the skills to do it then find a new one.
The audacity to speak like that to customers, unbelivable...

Sadly it's got greedy and overpriced everything.the tea jumped from £2.25 to £2.60 overnight 35p increase.how can that be justified I don't know..but what I have noticed.less busier and there food section littered with 50% off stickers on food..obviously to expensive so having to sell cheap before date expires...coffee prices are horrendous aswell.

Last year, the Costa Coffee Shop in Lowestoft had a leak in the roof, so moved tables and chairs downstairs which was fine. They have now had another leak in the roof and the chairs and tables have been moved again and look a complete mess! The service was extremely poor and very slow. Also no toilet roll in the toilet!

I purchased a Costa gift card for my 86 year old grandmother (who is allergic to heavy rain). She and I went to Costa to spend it on an extremely rainy day. We went inside to find NO seats anywhere (they were full) it was very packed.i told a worker of my grandmothers allergie but very carelessly they refused to acknowledge the situation simply saying "there is nothing we can do" without even getting up to look for a spare chair. A pretty nice cafe but this experience just changed my mindset. Sadly, I will be sticking to cafe Nero.

The Snipe Ashton u Lyne - excellent service. I actually go there for a coffee even if I’m not shopping and it’s a place I drop into when I’m just passing

The Costa app won't let you submit a query form, Costa's phone number has never worked either. I left a coffee glass at Tunbridge Wells 13/10/23 at 13.30 pm and want it returned. I live in London so can't pick up so soon. Please keep or send to Bluewater Costa where I can pick it up. Furious at stupid app. The calandar/date and time feature doesn't work so won't let me submit the form. If this review doesn't resolve I will be billing them for it.

Went to Frankley services on the M5 yesterday around 9am ordered 2 flat whites and 2 wafer biscuits , took out £10 note and was asked for £11.80 , disgraceful but learnt my lesson in future will carry a soft drink in the car and leave these vultures alone . How can they justify that sort of price .

A very kind and concerned waiter in keynsham high street Costa coffee came to a lady's aid who had fallen. He brought a chair out and a drink for her as she recovered from the shock. A true gentleman

I cannot afford to treat myself anymore because of the cost of a medium Americans, nothing extra just milk. I'm a 10 year customer and I've noticed Costa shops nearly empty recently yet the greedy owners have no insight. Another pleasure spoiled and lost

What can I say. Nothing great about Costa Coffee in Glastonbury. Nearly a 20 minute wait for coffee. Floor filthy. Just a terrible experience!

After visiting Costa coffee today in castleford I do not think I will be making a visit any day soon
I think that the price of a coffee that you do charge you would think after ordering we would at least get the coffee we wanted
I wish today the order I did get that I had got my money back and walked out
I suppose it was the staffs fault for not getting the right order but they are so short staffed for such a busy place
The air con not working which I was told it’s not been working for a few days plus the toilets only one in use the other one been out of order for a week
Very disgusted today like I say won’t be going back here

Costa coffee Gloucester, Kings Walk, abusive staff member embarrassed me in front of a busy shop because she spilt half my coffee and topped it up with water and oat milk. I asked her to please make another one as I don’t drink so much milk. I was told in a raised voice I was being abusive and that it wasn’t tolerated, she also accused me of lying about the price I paid for my coffee, her colleague had served me. I showed her my bank statement with the purchase and she further accused me that it wasn’t for that coffee…. I have never been treated so badly by another human being in my entire life!!!! Please support local businesses rather as Costa employs irrational pyscopaths

Don't use the Costa shop near M&S in Scunthorpe, the place is so cold.
I think they keep it that way, so hopefully you will buy more hot drinks. So please stay away and they may turn the heating up, I feel sorry for the staff as the main office controls the temperature.

Stopped at Costa Coffee on N bound A1 (Stotfold Astwick) - Sunday afternoon, relatively quiet but an immaculate coffee shop. Tables all clean, staff very cheerful and attentive, toilets spotless. Eddie, Bobby and Ellie can be justifiably proud of their efforts - excellent ambassadors for Costa Coffee. Thank you for your attention to detail. Brian
