First time I've used Gift loft as…
First time I've used Gift loft as wanted to send a gift to my friend in Christchurch and I live in UK. She received my gift in good time a day before I requested and was delighted with it. Gift loft kept me informed regularly with messages about its journey from processing my order to its delivery I would definitely recommend Gift Loft and use them again.

More than expected
Great website, lovely gifts, such quick and efficient service. Only thing was one item in the gift basket was changed without telling me, but that is probably in the fine print somewhere! And while I had carefully selected the gift because it included that item (a lemon and honey tea) the recipient felt the replacement (a drinking chocolate) was wonderfully decadent and a delicious treat. So in fact it elevated my thoughtful healthy gift to more of an indulgent treat which neither I not the recipient would have originally chosen but was even better. So I was going to take a star off for that, but actually really should add an extra star on top - Gift Loft gave me what I didn't know my recipient really needed!

Hi Bridget, thank you for your review. It is in the fine print that we substitute food products when necessary without notice BUT we wouldn't usually substitute tea for drinking chocolate so I'm looking in to what happened here. I'm so glad the recipient loved it - it is a very decadent product :)
