I have used many CRM's over the year and recently went with another provider when i set up my own recruitment business. After using it for 6 months i decided it wasn't for me. After speak to Andy and going through the system i immeidatly switched over and stop using my old system which i am currently still in contract with. The functionality it gives is all that you'd need for a small business. And the main reason I love Giig, the founders/creators are always available for any issues, of which there are not many.
It's also refreshing to have a CRM provider that doesn't need to lock you into a 12 month contract with no option to cancel if things don't go as planned.

Not only is Giig very user friendly, the customer service has been second to none. Luke has been outstanding with his support so far.

I can’t recommend Giig Hire highly enough. Andy and Luke are both incredibly helpful and are always just a call or email away whenever I need guidance or have a question.
The platform itself is really similar and easy to use. It’s clearly been built by recruiters, for recruiters. I also love that there’s a free version available, which gives you the chance to properly find your feet and understand how it works before committing.

Upgrading to the paid version has been a great decision for me as it really unlocks the full benefits of Giig. If you’re considering it, I’d absolutely recommend giving it a go.

The team are excellent. the CRM is easy to use, has some limitations, but perfectly sufficient for most small agencies, it's user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive.

One of the easiest databases I have used in over 15 years. Easy set up, syncs with any website. Parse CV - no complaints at all. Pricing is cheap compared to others too.

I love the mass CV parse aspect. It saves so much time automatically imputing the data into the system, I would highly recommend Giig to anyone.
