From start to finish I cannot fault Gillies. Craig was the perfect sales host and nothing was too much trouble. We looked at so many sideboards but needed the right colour and fast delivery. Craig helped with this. 2 days later our sideboard arrived and they were the happiest delivery team! Singing and talkative. Well done Gillies.

Staff were so helpful and I enjoyed browsing through the beautiful store. Delivery was on time with very helpful and friendly delivery mem.

Good service and sound advice in the Perth store. Carpet fitters arrived on time and did a good job apart from a couple of thresholds that had not been attached properly, I had to replace 2 bent screws.

Salesperson took time with us, offered alternatives, discussed pros and cons of each option. Ordering process was clear and the timeliness laid out were kept to. Communicarions were clear, friendly and polite. The new chairs are really comfy and look great.

Fab service, fab product. Every member of staff we dealt with from start to finish were first class. Had a small glitch on delivery day, our fault, phoned Gillies, problem sorted within half an hour. Fantastic company.

Everyone in the team from Shaun who helped us pick the right bed and mattress through to the warehouse and delivery teams have been incredibly helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Rod Findlay at the Perth store while choosing our new carpet. Rod was friendly, helpful and patient, giving us plenty of time to look through the different options without ever feeling rushed. His advice made choosing the right carpet easier. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was superb. The guys were on time, called ahead, and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up and delivered with care. We are really happy with both our bed and new sofa.

Gilles Inverness, buying a new Sofa assisted by Kerri and Gordon, both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made the whole process stress free and seamless for us. Gilles is a lovely shop and provided us with a first class service with the bed that we bought. The sale team are so knowledgable as well as being very pleasant. Delivery was made 10 days later.

Robert Turner was great. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy passing on his knowledge . We had arrived at 4.45 and he spent deal of time with us, showing no wish to rush us when the announcement said the shop was to close in 15 minutes.

I recently purchased a new sofa suite from Gillies in Perth, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff in the Perth store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the whole buying process easy and enjoyable.

I was originally told the sofa would be ready in around 14 weeks, so I was delighted when it was actually ready within just 5 weeks of ordering. The delivery was also very efficient, and the delivery team were courteous, helpful, and took great care with the furniture.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Gillies to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.
