Really good service from store to delivery, quality products, great company for household furniture

They were early which Was fab as we have a dog so enabled us to get the sofa in and then head out for a few hours with the dog. The boys were polite very pleasant very professional and did a lovely job cleaning up after It’s always a good experience with Gillies. Our sofa wasn’t due till the 9th of September, but it came six weeks early which was a boost as we were ready for it. Thank you Gillies

My son has learning difficulties and finds it very hard to make a decision. We brought him along to buy a new bed earlier this year. Marcelina explained the different types of bed and how to lie on them. She allowed Robert time to try them out in privacy and answered his many questions. She was very caring and knowledgeable and made what could have been a difficult process into a successful day.

Assistant named Ethan, gave us his attention as soon as we entered Gillies in Broughty Ferry. We are elderly and sought lift electric armchairs. Ethan guided us with knowledge to the most suitable chairs. He then did everything possible to get us a good deal, and we were delighted with the end result. Suite 3 seater sofa and 1 chair poor quality and faulty ,complaint lodged ,very disappointed.awaiting surveyor.

Josef at the Aberdeen shop was welcoming and quickly realised and found what I wanted which was a chair that doubled as a dining chair and comfortable easy chair.
Delivery was arranged for the next week and was made by Brian and Steven who were pleasant and attentive.
When Steven realised that one chair had been assembled but not completely tightened he quickly got an Allen key and corrected the problem.
A surface mark on one chair was rectified by advise from Josef to wipe with a damp cloth.
Delighted with my purchase.

Gillies Furniture store in Inverness is well worth the visit. The store has lots of ideas to suit every room in your home with very affordable prices. The staff are all extremely helpful and let you browse as long as you want and only approach you to let you know they are available if you need any help or have any questions. I bought an Arvika wall unit and a beautiful large wall clock and Bobi the sales lady was extremely attentive to details to ensure our product was well wrapped and we could collect our orders at the end of our holiday. They stored them and carried them to our car when we called to collect. Every employee was extremely friendly and very professional.
