Very professional, with solid technology and clear instructions. A bit inconvenient that they don’t have a 24-hour receptionist or even a directory option when calling. The only thing that stopped them from getting 5 stars.

This was such a quick and convenient experience compared to the alternatives. The purchase experience was simple and straightforward. The box/kit arrived when it was scheduled. When it arrived the kit looked premium and well thought out. Instructions were clear and easy, then just drop it off to get it mailed back. In a few days my results were on their website including an option to freeze. It was so easy!

We purchased an at-home sperm kit that was user-friendly, straightforward to use. I had some questions that the team was able to promptly answer within a day; overall, they made an otherwise daunting process fairly easy!

The turn around time is amazing! We did a sperm analaysis and DNA fragmentation. Sent out his sample on Wednesday morning and we had results Friday morning before 6am! Absolutely fantastic! The price is high but it is what it is.

Being over 35, I really wanted to understand how my DNA fragmentation looked. After doing some research, I found that Legacy is the only at-home company offering this specific test, and I’m so glad I went with them during my short visit to the US! The process was seamless from start to finish, and I was thrilled to see that my results came back within the normal range. As someone who’s very health-conscious, that was such a huge relief. Great customer support, very thoughtful team

I had a shipping delay with my sample which was frustrating because I had to retest but their customer service team was really helpful in sending out a replacement. The results were posted a day after my sample delivered and they were easy to understand. Overall, it was pretty easy to and the kit was high-end and durable.

My husband had a vasectomy and absolutely refused to go back to test and be sure he was all clear. A friend told us about legacy and we were so appreciative. Once the embarrassment factor of going in person was removed from the equation, he had no problem doing it from home. Thanks for the peace of mind that we will not have any surprises.

Me and my husband loved using this service. Great alternative to going to a clinic - cheaper, quicker, and more comfortable. The analysis gave us and my OBGYN helpful info about his sperm and was an easy thing to check off of our list.
It was a bit pricey but still less than a clinic.

So they use FedEx as the carrier to send your sample back to them. Idk if it’s a fedex thing but FedEx held onto our sample and didn’t inform us or Give Legacy. We called Give legacy to tell them about situation, they sent us a new kit for free. When the second kit arrived, there were missing products in it that made it unable to do the process. You would think a popular company with great reviews would use a better mail carrier/package carrier and not send missing products. We will try for a third kit and see what happens… so far really not impressed with Give Legacy.

I was a little nervous at first but they makes the process so simple and easy. Got my results in no time.
