Professional Care with a Personal Touch

I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first, but my experience with Legacy completely changed that. From the very beginning, I felt supported and guided through every step of the process.

Something that could have felt awkward or uncomfortable was instead handled with professionalism and care, which really put me at ease. Communication was clear, the service was discreet, and I never felt rushed or left in the dark.

What stood out most was how approachable and respectful the entire team was. They managed to make a sensitive situation feel straightforward and stress-free. In the end, I walked away not only impressed with their professionalism but also grateful for how much they cared.

They were very supportive, responsive when an item was missing and sent it fast, or when there was an issue as I made a mistake in using their kit, they accommodated the situation for me.

Ordered $195 supplements 3 weeks ago. Kept calling and they kept saying shipment has been delayed but they'll send it out in a few days. Called again today and they said they'll send it out on to me in 2 days. Paying $195 for this kind of service is crazy.

Hi James, I'm so sorry to hear about the shipping issue with the supplements. I looked into it -- it seems our fulfillment provider was having issues with your address, and the kits were getting returned to sender, but we were never notified properly.

It's extremely unusual, but nevertheless I am so sorry about your experience. I'd feel the same way if I was paying $195 for a product and wasn't getting a simple answer about all the delays.

We've updated our processes so this won't happen again. I hope we might be able to better serve you in the future -- if so, please reach out anytime and I'll personally handle it for you.

Choose Legacy for peace of mind!

Legacy was very easy to work with and figure out. The process of freezing and testing my sperm was very straightforward and gave me peace of mind to move forward with my transition knowing that would impact fertility. I am now in the planning stages for IVF with my partner and am so glad I chose Legacy and now still have the option of starting a family while also being able to pursue my medical treatments. I also had a correction to make to my information due to my name changing and the support staff were so accommodating and helpful with sorting that out.

If you are considering fertility preservation and want the option of doing it in the comfort of your own home, I highly reccomend choosing Legacy. It has been almost 2 years since I began treatments and the peace of mind that Legacy provides has been such a blessing and allowed me to focus on my health while not worrying in the back of my mind about future family planning.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated…

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service. After making a purchase, I reached out multiple times via phone and email to receive and information—all of which were ignored. At this point I called three more times with the intention to cancel the service, still with no response. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially for a company dealing with something as serious and sensitive as fertility.

Per their own cancellation policy, I had the right to cancel before the package shipped—but despite my repeated and timely attempts, they shipped the order anyway. Now they refuse to refund me, hiding behind a policy they themselves didn’t honor.

This feels deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply careless. If a company can’t even return a phone call or respond to an email, they have no business being involved in something as important as helping people build families. I strongly caution anyone considering using their services. I still expect a full refund.

I would not use again

Lets start with them not getting to my first sample in time which has made me redo this test. Second Test, The lock was broken before it arrived. They called me in Thursday Jan 30th i told them to run it anyways. It is now the 4th of February. was told yesterday by Ali that the results would be up before end of Business on the 3rd, Which did not happen called today and Ali told me the exact same thing as yesterday. this was 11:45 ish on the 4th. now at 1630 another rep cant give me an answer. Requested to speak to a manager and told they could not transfer me. that I have to wait for a call back. This place can not even their own time frame of 2 business days since this is the 4th business day.

This place is a SCAM do not send in. Go to a clinic our test came back 0.0% for everything. Obviously something went wrong the phone agent agreed and they want another 400 with 15% off discount. Don’t waste your time go to a REAL in person clinic for $180.

Used them several times for semen…

Used them several times for semen analysis and freezing. Analysis always appeared accurate and had a reasonable turn time, although once it took a few business days longer than expected. This is better than their competitor Fellow was. I have not yet attempted to use any of the frozen samples so I cannot give a rating/review on that, which is going to be the most important thing they'll need to deliver on.

Try making an appt to discuss.....

Stored 4 samples. That is simple enough. But I wanted to discuss the samples and the numbers. Set up appointment which earliest was 30-45 days away....I have forgotten since it's so long ago. I got the meeting warnings and just didn't read them "enough". Just waited for my appt and no call. I go to appt notice and it is a zoom. I don't have a camera.....I emailed them and said call since it was 6 minutes past appt time. So I have 4 deposits and really no clue what's going on. There really is no customer service. I have deposits with Dadi too and they are faster on the replies (although never asked to speak with them). I must accept some blame for not catching the zoom part, but I don't need to see your face to discuss the numbers! I'm just going to make a local appt now and try and discuss this. Their customer service "dr" is a waste of time.
