Ho ordinato un traliccio per l'importo di 188€ il materiale non è stato spedito, e per il momento dopo vari solleciti non mi è arrivato il rimborso.
Dovrò procedere per via legali

Ein sehr dubioses Unternehmen .
Man hört wochenlang nichts , dann wird mitgeteilt dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Wenn man sein Geld zurückverlangt, wieder Funkstille für ein paar Wochen.
Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung wird die Bankverbindung angefragt,obwohl diese ja dort bekannt sein müsste, ich habe ja schließlich per Überweisung bezahlt. Schickt man die Bankverbindung, kommt die Aufforderung diese per PDF (!) zu schicken. Dann die Info , dass das Geld, immerhin € 620.00 , innerhalb 14 Tage rücküberwiesen wird.Nach weiteren 16 Tagen kein Geld auf dem Konto.
Ich habe dann ein Inkassobüro in Frankreich ( Black Sheep, Mulhouse ) beauftragt, dass Geld einzuklagen. Das hat dann geklappt.
Das Inkasso Büro kann ich durchaus empfehlen.

Bought a KH-202. it was shipped and in 2 days it was delivered on my doorstep in Netherlands. Not damaged and really good price. Nothing but great from this company!

J'ai perdu 300€ et du temps !

Lors d'une visite en magasin on m'annonce que je dispose de 30 jours pour me rétracter et être remboursé quelle que soit la raison. La même chose est annoncée sur le site donc pas d'inquiétude...
Après avoir essayé l'enceinte une seule fois je la rapporte et surprise ! REMBOURSEMENT REFUSÉ... on ne me propose qu'un avoir... Imaginaire .. "vous n'avez aucune preuve mais nous savons en interne que vous avez un avoir .." "Écrivez nous un mail et on vous dira quel est votre avoir..."

Je passe les détails comme l'inexistence de mon compte client à cause "d'un bug"...

Grand manque de professionnalisme

I ordered an Ashdown bass amplifier after finding these guys online. The price was crazy low compared to most others but as the item was not available from stock I would have to pay in advance and wait a while to receive it. Risky you might think, I did, but as their communication was honest and prompt I went ahead.

Meanwhile I looked around for a cabinet to go with my amp when it arrives. Once again GAS had one listed way below what everyone else was asking for them and they had it in stock so I ordered one.

GAS are in Toulouse and I'm in Malaga, I was given a tracking number and waited.

It arrived a day early and no transport charge, can't get better than that.

Thank you Global Audio Store, excellent service and unbeatable prices for quality equipment.

Erstattung wurde mehrmals versprochen, nie eingehalten.
Zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt. Der Store wollte sogar, dass ich den PayPal Fall schließe.
Nur Ärger, nie wieder!

Ampli Basse commandé début Juin reçu très abimé (absence de suremballage, carton et ampli éclatés). 5 semaines de délai pour obtenir un retour chez le vendeur, 2 semaines pour valider ce retour chez eux pour finalement m'expliquer qu'ils sont en rupture de stock et qu'il faut attendre plusieurs semaines pour espérer en avoir un nouveau. 3ème commande chez eux et à chaque fois des problèmes à n'en plus finir, un service client qu'il faut relancer chaque semaine pour des réponses floues qui ne règlent pas le problème.

No conocía de nada esta tienda y entré y encontré unos auriculares a un precio imbatible, me añadían un descuento extra por “rebajas de verano” y además me aceptaban PayPal (eso siempre da confianza) y además no me hacían recargo por PayPal y portes gratuitos en Europa. La página web tenía buena presencia, marcas conocidas y demás, así que apreté el gatillo y compré. Por Paypal, pero hice la compra, y era sábado, así que tenía que esperar hasta el lunes a que abrieran y vieran mi pedido.
En ese tiempo de espera, tuve tiempo de navegar y llegar a trustpilot y ver las opiniones que había sobre ellos. Madre mía!!! Si lo llego a ver antes, no hago la compra de ninguna manera, y ahora no tenía forma de echarme para atrás. Para más susto, el producto que compré estaba en “stock bajo pedido” así que no se aseguraba que estuviera. Y yo había leído, “delincuentes”. “Estafadores” y demás… y solo me tranquilizaba que había pagado por Paypal, porque estaba seguro de que me iban a estafar.
Bueno decir que el lunes abrieron y no hubo ninguna comunicación de ellos, envié un correo preguntando cuando pensaban que me lo iba a enviar, por ver si existían o me iba a robar en silencio, jajajaja.
Por la tarde recibí dos correos que me explicaban cuál iba a ser el proceso, estaban a la espera que su proveedor les informara de la fecha, sino estaba de acuerdo, siempre podría cancelar el pedido. Esto empezaba a sonar bien.
Al día siguiente me enviaron un correo diciendo que como más tarde les llegaría el jueves y que enseguida me lo enviarían y recibiría un correo con un número de seguimiento. No fue el jueves, pero fue el viernes, y yo tenía el producto en mi casa en España el miércoles siguiente perfectamente embalado y protegido.
Quiero que se sepa, porque si yo hubiera leído las reseñas antes de comprar seguro que no compro. También pienso que solo escribimos reseñas cuando las cosas salen mal.

avevo visto parecchie recensioni negative su questo store online .. ma dopo aver ordinato un prodotto che costava 2500 euro .. devo ricredermi e dire che e' uno store davvero affidabile .. lo consiglio ho acquistato a giugno 2024 .. ed il prodotto mi e' stato consegnato dopo una settimana .. perfetto .. accettano anche pagamento a 4 rate mensili .. qualita e cortesia e prezzi modici .. non ci sono altri negozi di musica .. bravi GLOBAL AUDIO STORE francia

Either they dont care what theyre selling and dont inspect their merchandise or they knowingly sell B-stock guitars as brand new.

Got a schecter sls elite which was advertised as brand new, a guitar which costs over 1500euros which turned out to be b-stock.

Let this be a warning to all of you, check the items you receive in due time, dont be like me and trust the brand and the store.

Ich bin durch Zufall auf die Website von Global Audio Store aus Frankreich gekommen. Die Preise für Subwoofer und Passive Lautsprecher sind der Burner. Man denkt weil so weit weg mit Kommunikation schwierig. Nein im Gegenteil. Kommunikation ist spitze und der Versand gerade im Moment wo kaum was lieferbar ist super. Fullrange Lautsprecher sind tadellos mit DHL Express gekommen. 5 Sterne verdient. Empfehlenswert!!! Jetzt habe ich nochmals zwei 3 Wege Lautsprecher bekommen über DHL EXPRESS von Global Audio Store und bin mehr als zufrieden. Sehr guter Service. Würde jederzeit wieder kaufen weil die Preise teilweise super günstig sind.

Commande d'un micro Lewitt Ray passée par l'intermédiaire d'Amazon le dimanche. Prix exceptionnellement bas 269 € au lieu de 338 € généralement constaté. L'affaire semble trop belle, peut-être une erreur. Je tente ma chance. Le lundi Amazon m'informe de l'expédition du colis par ce vendeur avec suivi colissimo. Avant même la date de livraison prévue, le vendeur m'informe que le colis a été perdu. Il me demande d'annuler ma commande parce qu'il ne peut pas être approvisionné par le fournisseur! c'est très rare d'avoir un service aussi rapide. Je m'interroge et en regardant sur le site colissimo et je m'aperçois que le colis "est en préparation chez l'expéditeur et qu'il va nous être remis...".
Le colis n'a donc jamais été expédié parce que le vendeur ne pouvais pas vendre à ce prix et qu'il a trouvé ce subterfuge pour annuler la commande car il a de lui même, sans que je le demande annulé la commande.
A voir les avis très contrastés, je pense que l'achat dans cette boutique est un coup de poker.

My experience with them is worst, They didn't respond to my questions.

I had a very bad experience with Global Audio Store. I bought a Flight Gut850 guitar with them. For 3 months they didn't ship asking me to be patient. After that I asked for a refund which they said they had done, but never arrived. Luckily I had payed through Paypal and reported the situation. Global Audio Store asked me several times to cancel the case in Paypal but refusing to ship or refund me.

Today, Paypal informed that I will be refunded.
It's very difficult to believe that Global Audio Store was anything but dishonest. I would avoid buying there at all cost.

Die erste Lieferung der E-Gitarre G&L Comanche Tribute in Emerald Blue hatte leider ein Problem, das ich nicht lösen konnte (oder wollte); das Tremolo schien nicht frei zu schwingen. Habe diesen Mangel angegeben und es wurde die Retoure eingeleitet. Es erfolgte eine zweite Lieferung sogar mit zusätzlichen Preisnachlass, bei der dann alles stimmte!

Die Lieferwege sind lang, aber der Shop scheint mir sehr kulant und zu sein. Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder dort bestellen! Wenn man im Ausland bestellt wird es keine Next-Day Lieferung geben, da muss man sich im Klaren sein 😁

Prices are good, customer service is incompetent.
Bought 3 times from them.

1st time: a Mono bag, no issue.

2nd time: Bought a bass, no quality control, arrived with broken trussrod. Dozens of emails back forth, about 5 weeks before i got a refund and return label.

3rd time: bought an amplifier with power amp issues, confirmed defective with the manufacturer, waiting again 10 days to get a return label, when the logistics have already been dealt with by tje manufacturer and their distributor. GAS is again not responding in a timely manner.

Looks to me they buy B Stock or whatever and don’t label it as such.

In April I placed an order online for Euro 549. Even though the page said "Available on request" and suggested calling them to have more details, I still placed the order. My card was charged immediately but after a few minutes I received an email saying they didn't know when the product would be available, maybe at the end of the year. I cancelled the order right away asking for a refund. I got a message saying the refund would be paid between 10 and 14 working days. After a month I still haven't received anything. I sent 2 emails asking for an update, no answer. I tried to call: most of the times nobody answered. One time I got someone who didn't speak any English. Once I got to talk to someone who confirmed (in English) a refund is due and it would be paid in 24 hours. After 3 days still nothing. Another email went unanswered. I just initiated a transaction dispute with my bank & credit card.

Appareil fumée lourde cassé par la poste.
J'appelle global audio, c'est dernier me dise que ça relève de ma responsabilité car je n'ai pas mis de réserve pour la réception de colis... Sachant qu'il n'y avait pas de contre signature et que c'est une enfant de 12 ans qui a réceptionné le colis c'est pour ma poire à leur dire.
Une réclamation à été faite auprès de la poste et a reconnu ses torts.
Maintenant global audio peine à me rembourser.
N'achetez pas chez eux fuyez.. il ne sont pas commerçants du tout...
DJ depuis 30 ans, je n'ai jamais vue de magasin pareil. N'oubliez pas le monde des DJ est petit...
Mais vous pouvez acheter du matériel dans des enseignes avec un rapport client bien meilleure...
