Wish I had read earlier reviews.

Ordered a guitar. I had a letter 2 weeks later saying I had £50 to pay in UK tax before Parcel force would deliver. This wasn't clear when purchasing. It took over 2 weeks to arrive but that is fine, I can live with that. Even the VAT is OK. I should have considered this. However, the guitar was poorly packaged and had some significant damage. I immediately contacted the shop, who said they were 'raising ticket' with the delivery company. 24 days later and I still have not received any refund or details on the return delivery. They have ignored my previous 2 emails. Looks like I'm now out of pocket and pursuing getting my money back somehow. No idea how to claim for the VAT. Shocking experience. I ordered the guitar 6 weeks ago!

I had to cancel my order due to delivery difficulties. A simple task - nothing sent, nothing lost, just an easy refund. But no - I had to involve PayPal to get my money back. A very stressful and time consuming process. Felt real scammy in the process. They always wanted to close my case in PayPal before I get my money back, though PayPal tell you always never to do that. I do not know if the guys are scammers or highly incompetent - either way not recommended to work with ever.

I placed an order and paid for a 2 day shipping.
The next day received a tracking link.
After a month the shipping did not move at all.
Sent several mensajes but they did not do anything to solve It and they do not want to refund.
Even so the say they shipped the order and this and that.

Now I have to ask PayPal to give me back the money.
Time wasted.

Many days their website does not even work, do not trust them.

bought a guitar pedal...they took my money and never send the pedal for 1 month.

Objednal som si bass gitaru Marcus Miller V8, nikde v EU ju nemali na sklade a tu som nasiel a ešte za lepšiu cenu ako v thomann! Pravdou je, že ked som si objednal a zaplatil online, nikto so mnou nekomunikoval a ja som im napísal na tretí den, aby som sa informoval. Cca o 2 dni sa mi ozvali, že gitaru poslali a o týžden mi aj došla z Francúzska na Slovensko. Doprava bola presná, rýchla a zadarmo. Som spokojný, skvelý obchod!

Après avoir eu un contact téléphonique très agréable et professionnel, j'ai commandé dernièrement une sono JBL EON208P. Une fois le règlement effectué, j'ai reçu très rapidement une confirmation par Mail de ma commande, ce qui m'a rassuré tout de suite (on est toujours un peu suspicieux !). Comme me l'avez précisé mon correspondant, après 2 jours, j'ai d'abord reçu un message pour me confirmer l'envoi du colis en Colissimo, et 2 jours plus tard j'ai reçu mon colis dans la tranche d'horaire précisée. Je suis vraiment très satisfait de vos services, et je vous en remercie vivement. Bonne continuation à vous.

Habe am 03.03.2024 den Xone43 B-Stock bestellt mit der Begründung das dieser nur ausgepackt wurde. Ich war mega Happy als das Paket ankam. :)

Leider hielt das nicht sehr lange an.

Beim Auspacken stellte sich schon heraus das Ersatzteile fehlten.
Am DjMixer fehlte eine Schraube bei einem am 2Kanal Fader. Ein anderer Fader beim 3Kanal wackelte und sitzt nicht feste.

Die knöpfe und Fader koppeln sind so verschwitzt verdreckt als ob die einfach jemand von seinem alten drauf gemacht hat. Sehr ekelhaft.

Auf das ganze kommt dann noch als ich mir das Case des Mixer angesehen habe das ja eigentlich sehr wertig verarbeitet ist aber bei dem waren Kratzer drinnen.

Ich habe den Eindruck hier hat sich jemand bedient wie in einem Ersatzteil Lager.
Die Retourenannahme scheint sehr schlecht zu sein wenn so eine Retoure nun bei einem Kunden wie mir landet.

Jetzt warte ich auf eine Antwort für eine Lösung aber wenn da so viel getauscht wurde und fehlt möchte ich lieber den Widerruf und Rückversand.

Habe noch am selben Tag ein Rücksendeetikett erhalten. Am 14.03.2024 würde das Paket bei G.A.S. zugestellt. Am 18.03.2024 würde es bearbeitet. Bis heute 21.03.2024 keine Mitteilung erhalten. Habe dann ohne den Verkäufer anzuschreiben direkt PayPal Käuferschutz eröffnet. Nach paar h kam auch eine Antwort. Mir wurde ein Neuer Xone43 angeboten. Ich lehnte jedoch ab und forderte mein Geld wieder zurück immerhin habe ich den Vertrag Widerrufen! Ein Tausch oder ähnliches war nicht abgemacht.

Alles in allem Versand schnell. Kundenservice mittelmäßig.
Es wird auf den Kunden eingegangen aber es passiert auch viel ohne das man etwas weiß.

Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung einer Bestellung die ich jemals hatte.

Bought a speaker where the price seemed too good to be true so I took my chance and order it.

Shipment took 4 days from France to Portugal and I indeed received the speaker so I can say that was one of the best deals I made for something new.

I would buy again.

Ho acquistato una chitarra da questo store perché era il prezzo più basso che ho trovato in internet.
Di solito è sempre applicabile un ulteriore sconto del 5% iscrivendo alla maillinglist o basta scrivere una mail e chiedere, come ho fatto io e mi hanno dato un coupon del 5%di sconto.
La signorina che risponde al telefono parla inglese ed è super gentile.

Ho avuto un problema di ritardo con la spedizione. Invece di 24/48 h, ci ha messo 6 giorni a partire ma chiamando telefonicamente (ancora) ho verificato che il prodotto era in ritardo per colpa del magazzino esterno che ha spedito che qualche gg di ritardo. Per scusarsi mi hanno offerto la consegna DHL express al posto della standard, gratuitamente.

Quindi che dire? Tutto positivo perché i problemi capitano a tutti ma la differenza la fa il modo cun cui li si affronta e li si risolve. Ovviamente mi è costato il tempo di fare due telefonate, ma altri store non avrebbero dato questo servizio.

Horrible experience is an understatement.
I ordered a guitar which was clearly available at the time of purchase because when I checked later on, it was suddenly "Available on request". I waited a few days as there was no update on the order whatsoever then I put a note under my order asking for an update. Waited another few days and called them. English language was a problem but the lady on the phone advised me it is available on request so she needs to contact the supplier to get an update which will take another 48 hours. After 48 hours, again, no updates, I called them again. This time a gentleman answered, English was a very big problem this time, he asked me to email them and he would get back to me in 5 minutes via email. This, of course, did not happen so I called them again later on that day. The same lady as at the beginning answered and advised me that my guitar is undergoing quality checks, the supplier just had a re-stock and I will get my guitar in about 15 days. This was already after I waited 1 week. I asked for a refund, the only positive bit here was that she promised the refund would be processed the same day (usual waiting time is up to 2 weeks). It was processed on Monday next week so not too bad. However, because of currency exchange I lost around 28 Euro on this whole "experience".

So to summarize, bad customer service, no updates, no English, unless you have time to chase them and lose money, avoid at all cost!

I am based in Switzerland and bought a guitar from Global Audio Store (GAS). The purchase confirmation and shipping info were fast and pro. Then the French Postal Service reported that the guitar had been broken by them. That was not at all the fault of GAS, but their after sales personel sincerely apologized for the unfortunate experience and more importantly managed to get me another identical guitar which I have received today. Other reviews already report how good their after sales people are. I confirm. I also saw less laudative comments regarding possible doubtful availability of the products offered. My experience rather tells the opposite, they appear to make all possible efforts to fulfill orders.

Le 11 juillet 2021, j'ai commandé 2 enceintes ALTO TS 310, la vente s'est très bien passée, la réception a été rapide. Par contre quelques mois après j'ai eu un souci sur une des enceintes. Retour SAV GAS (à mes frais) je ne trouve pas ça normal, alors que les enceintes avaient une garantie de 3 ans. L' enceinte ont été conservée 1 mois et rien n'a été décelé, pour le technicien, elle fonctionnait très bien, donc on me la retourne, testée en répétition même problème, un son affreux grésillant...J'ai vu un technicien chez moi, diagnostique, le boomer HS...Je me demande quelles sont les compétences du tech SAV de Global Audio Store !!! Donc boomer remplacé et là ça fonctionne nickel. J'avais choisi ce site parce qu'il se trouvait à Toulouse, je m'était dit autant faire travailler les entreprises française, et bien quelle déception...En ce qui me concerne, avec eux plus jamais.

Nach wochenlanger Wartezeit (das Paket war durch den Shop an einen falschen Versandanbieter geliefert worden und dadurch wochenlang in Frankreich verloren gegangen) wurde mir das Paket geliefert. Leider mit völlig falschem Inhalt. Auf meine ganzen Mails wurde erst reagiert, als ich einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet habe. Ständig wurde ich dazu aufgefordert, den Streitfall bei Paypal beizulegen, obwohl das Problem bis heute nicht gelöst ist. Die Firma hat wenig Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit und an der Lösung des Problems. Mein Geld habe ich nicht zurück und die bestellte Ware nicht erhalten. Mit diesem Shop ist echt alles falsch, EINDRINLICHE WARNUNG, hier etwas zu bestellen.

Vivo in Italia. Ho ordinato e pagato un articolo senza notare che non era in stock. L'azienda mi ha repentinamente contattato per avvisarmi e per dirmi che se avessi voluto avrei potuto farmi rimborsare il denaro oppure attendere la disponibilità del prodotto. Ho deciso di attendere. Nel frattempo Global Audio Storie ha mantenuto i contatti con me in modo serio e professionale. Dopo alcuni giorni, l'oggetto mi è stato spedito come da accordi. Capacità di comunicazione ineccepibile e confezione protettiva impeccabile. Quindi...pollice su al 100%.

2. Lieferung (Sire P5) nach 12 Tagen eingetroffen. Bestens verpackt. Lieferzeit ist auch ok, der Artikel war im Shop nicht als lagend verzeichnet... was 3-4 Tage Wartezeit bedeutet bis die Ware vom Distributor beim Shop eintrifft. Tolouse-Köln ist halt weit, das sollte man bei der Bestellung bedenken.

Warnung!! Dieser shop macht Angebote die nicht auf Lager sind, und dannach schreiben sie das der Lieferant erst Wochen später liefern kann um das ganze in die Länge zu ziehen. Ich werde nun nach monaten des wartens mir Hilfe bei Paypal holen weil Globelaudio nun auch nicht mehr antwortet.
