Glotech Appliances Avaliações

I recently had a fridge freezer installed by Glotech, and I cannot praise their service enough. The installation was carried out to an impeccable standard, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

A special mention goes to the three workmen—Dino, Seth, and Callum—who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail throughout the process. Their teamwork and expertise ensured the installation was completed flawlessly, and they left the area spotless afterward.

It’s rare to come across such high standards of workmanship these days, and I’m thoroughly impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glotech to anyone in need of appliance installation services.

Thank you again for such a fantastic experience!

Dino & Callum and Daniel were absolutely were absolutely professional and were fantastic in their attention to detail fitting our integrated fridge freezer. I would highly recommend Glotech and use them in the future.

Dinu, Callum and Ty. They rang 45 minutes in advance to tell me time of arrival and during the oven installation they were helpful, friendly, and efficient

Excellent service, professional and friendly.

Dinu & Callum replaced my dishwasher with a Blomberg. Very friendly and took great care. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Barry, who always is helpful, and manages to find the right replacement for me.
Also great fitting from Gary who managed to overcome the problem fitting a new integrated freezer.

We replaced our old chest freezer of 23 years with a new one, Dino and his colleague were polite, efficient and knowledgeable, a quick swap over and removal of old appliance, thank you.

Diou and Gordy were brilliant when they came and fitted my new dishwasher. They allowed me the time to wash the floor and walls you can’t normally get at on a daily basis. It’s the small things that make all the difference. Thank you.

Excellent service from design to fitting
Nothing was too much even when we changed our minds about certain appliances because we wanted bigger than the ones we originally ordered or thicker granite worktops as in 300mm instead of 200mm and very reasonably priced in comparison to others.
And I’m not talking just appliances I’m talking an entire
New kitchen plus appliances.

Dinu was excellent! First class service and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very efficient and polite and obviously very committed to his job. Cannot fault him.
Had a young man training with him and he was great too.
Very impressed with the company in general. Had a new washing machine a while ago and now dishwasher too. Will use again.

What a star Dinu is. He is a first class fitter and so generous with his time. He has infinite patience, considerate and a real gentleman, thank you.
Glo tech is a first class company!

The glotech installation team of Dino and

and above our expectations and would thoroughly recommend them for their services.

Dina and Callum were excellent. Very efficient and took time to explain things about the dishwasher. Very polite and helpful

Had Pete and Simon deliver my tumble dryer, helpful and friendly! Thanks so much Would recommend ! :)

Purchased two ovens today. My operator Barry was very helpful and efficient and would definitely recommend using this company

I visited Glotech to buy a new freezer, the assistant was very helpful and pleasant. I found what I was looking for and ordered the appliance, which was delivered and fitted 4 days later. Very pleased with the efficient service and prompt delivery. I will use them again.

I cannot believe the reviews on here are accurate. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Delivery didn’t turn up, apparently the driver had gone into too much overtime. When I called to see if it would come the next day, the young lady on the phone made being rude an art form. Finally, after speaking to George and having my order and money for a week, they cancelled the job because they couldn’t arrange timely replacement date. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund. I should have read the reviews on their site which are more accurate.

Purchased 3 kitchen items today and dealt with Steve in doing so. Have to say very pleased with the service to date. Nice to deal with a local supplier rather than a main high street dealer where I believe more attention is given to customer awareness and satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient service from ordering to delivery. Lee and Gary, the delivery team, were extremely helpful especially as they had to carry the washing machine up 3 flights of stairs with no lift!
