The product itself did not work for me, even though I was hopeful it would ease my problems with the GLP-1.
Based on the refund guarantee, I contacted the company making a request for refund. I was told by email I would receive a response within 5-7 days. No response, no follow up, no refund. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

The sulphur burps were the worst part for me. Two days on these and they were gone. Still can't believe it.

Going daily now after months of being backed up on Wegovy. Wish I found it sooner!!

I’m a creator for GLP-1 SOS and I absolutely love and use this product. It helps me tremendously with relief from constipation from using GLP-1. I highly recommend.

GLP-1 SOS has been such a huge help with managing the side effects of a GLP. if you’re on the verge of quitting because of it, highly recommend getting something tailored to your body on a GLP like this.

Finally. Miralax did nothing for me. This did. Took about 4 days. Going every day now.

Haven’t received the product yet. Why the 1 star review. By buying the product apparently they feel the right to sign you up for a subscription. Beware! I only wanted to try the product. They claim I have an account. I never created one. My gut feeling is this is a scam to get your personal information.

Do not buy this supplement!!! It gave me diarrhea. When I request their refund guarantee, they refused to send it, stating that physical interactions were not a reason for refund. I asked again, but they refused. Very bad company!

I was so doubtful. Day 3 I went and I've been regular since. Drink your water though.

I placed an order over a month and a half ago. I followed up with customer service. I was asked to verify my address. I did. Then I received 5 more messages again asking me to verify my address. I told them I did not want the product and was told how to cancel and that it would take effect immediately. I canceled and then three hours later was told it was shipped. Reached out to customer service and now no one will answer my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It feels very much like a scam. I am going to attempt to get my money back through disputing the charge on my credit card.

I have been on GLP-1 SOS for several months. What a relief! It has worked as actually stated. Before I had such awful nausea, bloating and constipation that it made me discouraged and depressed. I had really hoped the shots would help me lose the weight, I am now doing well and have lost 45 pounds. Yipee!

I requested a refund and was told another department would get back to me in 5-7 business days. I have been kept waiting more than 30 days by "Lisa" who has the time to write long e-mails about why my request is delayed but apparently will not just issue the refund according to their stated refund policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I assume these scammers will push people off until they forgot they are waiting for a refund!

This company is a scam! Buyer Beware!! Customer service will NOT give you a refund to honor their guarantee! They tell you their refund department will get back to...then crickets! They stop responding to your request! IT'S A SCAM!!!

**** Update*** Still a joke, they are sooo full of it. I have a screen shot from "Sarah" that says my refund was with a teammate on June 25th. That was well within the 60 days. And today "Lisa responded to the email I sent at this reviews request. Michelle, I hear you and I am truly sorry for the back-and-forth you've experienced. I have all the emails from the "Clockwork Morning Check-in, thought out the process telling them it wasn't working and I stuck with it at their request.

I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but I have to stand by our policy. I wish you the best.

This company is a joke and the customer service is Horrible. I requested the return within the correct time frame and they kept telling me they had passed it on, they kept pushing me out until the date for refund passed and told me I was out of luck. I have all my emails to prove my requests.

Should be ZERO stars since I received ZERO product.
Paid money, order never arrived.

SCAM COMPANY

Very poor communication. Still waiting for answers after weeks of not receiving my order. Tracking reveals it was returned to them still waiting to find out if it’s being reshipped. At this point I just want my money back

My order never arrived. They say someone will contact you in 5 to 7 days, that never happens. Looks like I've lost my money.

GLP-1 SOS is a very poor company to deal with. I ordered their product during May 2026. BY the end of July 2026, I still had received nothing. In the interim, I emailed at least four times to complain. Every time, I was told that someone would look into this and get back to me within 5 to 7 business days. This never happened. I asked that a new order be placed and overnighted to me. No response. Finally, I asked that my order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. Once again, no response. Do not buy any products from this company.

Have a phone number that is readable and gets answered. Tried several times
and it just kept ringing. I am not pleased with this product and I can't seem to cancel it. Feels like a TOTAL RIPOFF to me or maybe they just want to cheat seniors

I have been trying to cancel my subscription through their support email and just keep getting the run around. They tell me to submit my email to receive a link to a “magic portal” that will allow me to cancel. I have yet to receive any such link. When I ask again, I’m told to change browsers or folders….did not work. The support person told me she can’t manually cancel for me. It must be done through the magic portal link by me.
Putting the responsibility on the customer to cancel and then refusing access to any ability to actually cancel is against the law. This company is fraudulent.
