I appreciate this company for providing a good product and excellent customer service. I feel like their Recovery Foundation has made a difference for me while taking a GLP1. They also send a reminder email before your subscription is sent so you have time to make changes. And when I had a question about billing Carlo from Customer Service answered me promptly!

There was an issue with my auto ship and I emailed and got a response within a very short time and a replacement of the misplaced shipment right away. From beginning to end of this being brought to their attention, Michael in Customer support had this taken care of in less than 1 hour. Very impressive customer support.

This was a situation where I was getting billed from Zafira for a few months. It took me a while to determine it wasn't something I had bought for myself. So I contacted their Support Team and asked them what I was buying. I immediately got a return email from Carlo. They gave me all the information about the subscription. Very detailed. They noticed the shipping address for the subscription was a different town than I lived in. They asked if I needed to change that. I realized it was my daughter and I remembered that I had let her use my credit card recently. My daughter said she didn't need the product, so I asked Carlo how I could cancel the subscription. They did it immediately for me. I've never had such a quick and easy resolution to a purchased subscription. Thank you Carlo. You were great!

Well, first my experience wasn’t so great. I received Pomegranate pills instead of the Recovery pills. But when i contacted Zafira Organics to report the problem, Michael responded right away. After i sent a picture of the wrong item, he answered right away and said they’re sending the correct item without charge to me. He apologized and said he was going to let the fulfillment center know so it won’t happen again. I get it that mistakes are made but correction was easy, at no cost to me and Michael was very helpful. That is good customer service.

When my order arrived incorrect I had to search online for whom to contact at Zafira as there was no phone # (only an email). I sent an email on a Sunday morning expecting not to hear from anyone for some time or at least a few days. But to my surprise MICHAEL a CUSTOMER RELATIONS AGENT responded to me within just a few minutes and confirmed my order mistake and made it right by getting my correct order moving and providing tracking immediately. WOW, what a great customer service experience. As a director in a Customer Service roll at a large telcom company I always more sensitive to the customer experience. And this one was GREAT!

So I mistakenly placed a recurring order. I always like to try things before I do recurring orders. I immediately requested a change and Michael in customer service got back to me in less than 2 minutes. WOW that’s amazing customer service. If this product is as good as the company, I will continue to use it as a helpful supplement to my weight loss journey.

Zafira Recovery Foundation has helped me return to my old self. I’m on 2 meds that suppress dopamine/ serotonin and before RF I felt flat. I’ve been taking it for over 6 months and it is a God-send.
Michael in Customer Service is a gem, as are others at Zafira. Their response time is the quickest of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

I had been hesitant to “pull the trigger” on ordering but after receiving a discount code I decided to go for it. When the code didn’t work I contacted customer service. Michael replied to my email quickly and with a custom code to checkout. He was super kind and helpful in his reply. If the product is as good as the customer service, I will be a very happy camper.

My first refill arrived around the exact day I needed it. However because I fill my pill box weekly I wanted it to arrive a week earlier. While I probably could have figured out how to update the schedule myself, I didn’t want to deal with it. Instead I sent an email to customer service and received a quick reply from Carlo that he had taken care of this for me. I appreciate his outstanding service and excellent communication.

Emailed about a subscription issue at 10:30pm and by the next morning everything was fixed and money refunded. Absolutely great customer service!! I forgot to mention it was Carlo who helped me.

I wanted these to work but just wasn’t able to take them. Zafira was so good at getting me a refund promptly.

I recently canceled my subscription order. I expected the cancellation process to be difficult and time consuming. The company was extremely responsive, canceled my subscription promptly, and refunded my money the next day day. The product is excellent, I’m just taking other supplements with similar ingredients. Zafira is definitely a reputable company.
