I’ve been going to Glucare for a while, but the clinic has drifted significantly away from professionalism. Staff are still polite and helpful, but there are serious operational issues.

Every visit requires weeks of preparation — booking in advance, fasting, and cancelling all my plans to show up early in the morning, insurance approval repeatedly fails to go through. I’ve waited for hours only to give up and leave, then received a call saying “we were missing something, but the approval just came through.” And now they want to come back any other day. This has now happened more than once, and it’s an unacceptable way to treat patients who plan carefully around their appointments.

My doctor was also changed at the last minute, and I only found out via SMS — no prior notice was given.

Additionally, I felt oddly treated by the bartender; since the drinks are complimentary, it seemed like the service wasn’t being taken seriously. A paid bar setup with proper accountability might work better.

I respect the staff, but no one has the right to repeatedly waste a patient’s time due to internal process failures. The system and process management clearly need serious revision

Terrible experience. They dont update the reports on time, on the app, inspite of follows-ups no one cares. I tried to contact the doctor for medical side effects but my call wasnt diverted to the doctor.

Do not get involved with this firm. App is totally unsuitable for me. Deleted the app within 10 minutes and they still charge nearly 30 dollars for using it. Apparently this is monthly too. I cannot warn you enough to keep away from this app.

Terrible! I’ve emailed them to cancel after finding their advertisements totally misleading. They are taking 2 amounts each month (£7.39 and £22.19) from my account despite MY CANCELLATION and despite my protests. I think they are being dishonest in a number of ways.

Glucare recruitment team was not organize, and not friendly I can tell, at first they call me about the time and again reschedule , well for me that's a bit okay , but one thing I don't like is that the HR and other team were not friendly , and when I enter the room already telling come we don't eat human don't scare to us ** like uuuggghh at first glance you can't say a nice ' Hi ' to an applicant ,????
and telling me I was nervous which I am not,., in fact I am in hurry from
work to catch up interview with them,

GLUCARE provides professional way of medical solution and its really working. Most importantly, they don't focus only on the commercial, instead they are result oriented.
