My RMA request was denied; they claimed the pictures I sent did not show damage. This is BS. I’ve contacted VISA to challenge the charge. I’ll never order another part from these sheisters.

I rarely leave opinions but I decided that I had to here. I bought 2 coolers and two small parts from them and then I came across opinions and got scared. 35 percent restocking fee, delays in order fulfillment, problems with refunds, etc. People wrote that you can't cancel in the chat and when I wrote to them and it was confirmed I started to fear that I would end up without money and parts. I wrote them an email to cancel the order and if any cancellation costs were to be charged, then ok, so that they wouldn't ask me for confirmation anymore but simply cancel (I wanted the refund as soon as possible, without unnecessary exchange of messages). The refund was in the account maybe 2 hours after I wrote the message so I made a hasty judgment about the company but the opinions were not flattering. I don't know how the order fulfillment would look like if it happened but when it comes to the issue of refund/cancellation it was very efficient. 35 percent restocking fee was not added. They refunded what I paid. I think you should implement some kind of popup after the order is completed encouraging people to rate the order because many people ignore it and only rate it if something goes wrong.
Ordered Catalytic converters for my '17…
Ordered Catalytic converters for my '17 Yukon, they shipped after a couple of weeks even though their web site showed the parts in stock. I returned the used Catalytic converters to get my core charge back ($400) but they never returned my core charge. I sent back exactly what their online rep told me to send back (just the cats were needed) but they refused to refund the core charge and stated they needed the complete system returned. I also checked with my local GM dealer and they confirmed that GM only requires the Cat's to be returned. They have no phone support so you can only email or 'chat' with someone. If purchasing a product that has a core deposit, I would look elsewhere as they can simply refuse to refund the charge.
Order elsewhere and save yourself time and money
This is by far the worst company I have ever attempted to order from. Zero customer service and the ability to speak with someone other than chat and them sending emails "to the team" is insane. Will not answer the phone, do not reply to emails regarding orders. Placed order on 11/21, per website should ship 1-3 days. Today is 12/6 and no shipment and was told at latest would ship between 11/30 and 12/2. Still shows in process. Escalated 3 times on chat, sent messages and been days, no response. Attempted to cancel order via chat since cannot speak with anyone. Again told that they had to "send to the team." Ordered elsewhere. Buyer beware.
Be careful. You may not get what you paid for.
I recently ordered a 2 bolt kit (GM Part number 12553513). This is a kit that contains two oil filter housing bolts. These guys cut open the packaging, removed one of the bolts, then scotch taped the bag back up to make it look like it only came with one. It is clearly printed on the bag that 2 bolts are included. When I contacted them, they said I would have to pay the same price again to get the other half of my order. What a scam.
Beware! Fitment Guarantee does not exist
Beware!! They say they have a guaranteed fitment, but they do not!! They sent me the incorrect part for my GMC truck. They're reply was since i didn't provide the VIN number, then they cannot guarantee the part will fit or not. On my truck which was a 2022 2500 AT4, all tailgate caps for the Multipro tailgates are the same throughout the entire line up, so a VIN number would not have made any difference.
Return policy requires a VIN # when ordering parts but ordering form does not provide a place to enter it. There is no customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Stay away. Deal with a reputable company.
Customer service will not respond to .... anything!
Customer service will not respond to even a simple request. They create a support ticket to make you think they are actioning the issue (which in my case was a simple one). Do nothing for 10 days then close the ticket! Don't bother phoning either, no answer .... ever!
I would rate this company as the worst I have dealt with.
I really should have known better
I was in a hurry on 4/11 and should have called first to verify customer service was real. Instead, I checked to see if they had a phone number then placed order. After 7 days, I checked my order for status and there wasn't any.
So I: (1)cancelled the order using their customer service email, (2) cancelled order on the site itself, (3) called the number on website and as prompted left my name, phone # and order # and cancelled that way.
Today, 4/27 I received notice that my order was pulled and USPS number assigned. Called again and was prompted to leave message.
Way too much time wasted. Now I will have to work with my credit card to get my money back.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a part that was in stock at many vendors. Waited 20 days and no part. Sent an email asking for status, but no response. Waited another week and reached out again. Again no response.
Terrible vendor. Spend your money somewhere else. ANYWHERE else, actually.
Awful Customer Service! This business needs to close down!
I have been e-mailing this company for weeks now to get a response on my order and to date, absolutely no feedback whatsoever. This company is not ready to do business. No one should treat customers who are the reason why they are in business in the first place that way.
Unresponsive Customer Service
Ordered a Camaro part, however by the time it arrived I had already fixed it. It took a while for them to ship it although once it shipped, the shipping was fast. Their website says that returns are done through their support portal so I opened a ticket and sent an email. My email went unanswered and my support ticket was closed with no response. I understood that I would have to pay for return shipping so that wasn't an issue. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Missing items, wrong side items, poor communication
1. Have received a batch with missing item. After a week got respond wether I want a new item or refund. I've told them that I have already placed a new order with this Item week ago. Please to send it ASAP, but again waiting for a week with no answer.
2. Another issue, got wrong side of item. Again not answering emails....
3. Asked for invoice. Took 2months and 20emails to get it....
Horrible company. Please be aware, they are erasing bad reviews in their webpage.

Horrible company that marks their parts down a dollar or two to appear cheaper than any other OEM part seller but then makes it up 500% on ripping you off with shipping BIG TIME.
I saw everyone raving about this company on some Chevy forums so I figured I’d order from them.
You tell me if you think a order under a pound NOT EXPEDITED or overnight should cost almost 40 bucks.
I started adding one part at a time on a test order and their scam starts cranking up the shipping after the second part, and mind you these were rubber Orings- basically light as air, so they don’t base shipping on the actual weight.
I weighed the box before I opened it on my postal scale and priced shipping at both fedex and ups, back to their address and it was 2/3rds cheaper.
Don’t be fooled by the smoke and mirrors you Chevy owners, this company plays the shell game with look over here at our cheaper parts while their other hand picks your wallet.
And also the order was shipped missing items and I got no sorry or apology after sticking it to me on the ride then shorting the order.
Oh and my order was about 5 items bigger that they didn’t tell me they couldn’t get those parts till after they got my money and calculated the ripoff shipping and when I inquired about the total shipping charges calculated on my original order to reflect the items they couldn’t supply, nope can’t do a thing because the system figures the costs even when I said you can’t even get half the order, nope no help.
At this point I would have had to cancel their antiquated order and start over and redo the entire thing. And by the way they don’t stock anything so you better be prepared to wait for their factory order to arrive to them which takes weeks.
NEVER AGAIN and you’ve been warned.

A Staggeringly Bad Company
So stupefyingly hideous is the Gmpartsdirect.com experience, you'll need to bathe in 10 gallons of disinfectant, get a full-body scrub and shampoo with vinegar to remove the scummy residue that remains after buying a part from Gmpartsdirect.com experience. It is a scam.
Purchased a bolt from Gmpartsdirect.com. Single bolt. Was charged - ready? - $2 for the bolt and $20 “shipping.” For a 2-ounce, 1-1/2" piece of metal that would fit in a normal #10 business envelope.
Anyway, Gmpartsdirect.com sent the wrong bolt - say by a mile. Not even close.
Thus, the ambush began.
After several e-mails, back and forth, Gmpartsdirect.com, without ever admitting error, finally agreed to accept return of the wrong item. BUT, for the first time, Gmpartsdirect.com revealed that it does not refund shipping charges – even if it shipped the wrong part. Their mistake. You pay.
Wait. Wait. There’s still some chicken on that bone. Even if Gmpartsdirect.com ships the wrong item, it charges the customer a “restocking fee” IF it agrees to a return. Yep. Their “mistake.” You pay. You eat the artificially bloated “shipping” charge AND a mysterious “restocking” 35% fee. Gmpartsdirect.com is coldly efficient for what it is. But what it is - is a scam. Full stop.
Terrible service, ignored requests, ridiculous fees
Purchased a simple set of O rings, but realized I did ordered the incorrect items. No problem, right? I contacted them via email requesting to cancel and was told I would pay a 35% cancellation fee. Okay, seems high, but it was a cheap part. I said I want to go forward with cancelling. They replied telling me that they would send a form over, but nothing happened after that. A few days later they shipped anyway. Great, now I have a part I don't need and I'm certain if I returned it, I would pay some exorbitant restock fee plus the shipping both ways. GMPartsDirect, you have lost me as a future customer over your unwillingness to be fair for your own gain. There are too many options out there to put up with this.
BUYER BEWARE! They will cheat you out of 35% of your cost for a returned part!
BUYER BEWARE! So I needed a part for my Corvette and the local shops didn't carry it. So I went online and I thought we found it although a bit more expensive but I had no choice, showed that it was "in stock" but it still took several weeks to get it. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part but we didn't know because there weren't any illustrations or site diagrams on the part we needed (drivetrain related). Once we got it and opened the box we quickly realized it was wrong so we needed to return it. Submitted a return request and it took a few weeks to get that approved. They initially weren't going to refund the core until I made mention of it and then Kris Griffin replied and said they would adjust the AR to reflect the core and send me a return slip for the part. The email literally mentioned the entire initial amount but said I wouldn't be able to recoup the shipping charges which was fine with me, but never mentioned that I would be charged any restocking fee at all. Once the return was completed and processed that was when I was told there was a restocking fee. If you go look at their return policy it also doesn't make any reference to a 35% restocking fee either so I never thought that was going to be an issue at all but boy was I wrong! I own a few businesses so I understand the restocking fee but it's usually only 10% - 20% at max and it's always disclosed upfront! This wasn't the case in this situation. Never again will deal with them and I encourage everyone else to do the same!
3 Months since I ordered
3 Months since I ordered. Nothing Shipped. Hard to reach customer service. Finally got a hold of their customer service and guess what, rude and really nasty attitude.
If your cannot fulfill the order, on time and 3 months late, you can at least have a decent attitude on the phone.
Bad service overall.
You can dispute this but I have all the emails to prove that I followed up many times without resolution.
Disappointed with this website.
