This is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order with prAna. The item was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Per my doorbell camera, no delivery person came by. At the end of the day, around 11pm, they updated the status to cannot be delivered, no safe delivery location. I receive deliveries regularly and an Amazon and UPS delivery the same day. The house has a front porch and stairs to the front door!

Contacted their customer service and it's impossible to talk to a live person. They message back and said another delivery attempt will be made but no idea of when.

Horrible horrible company to deal with!

This is the SECOND time I have experienced non-delivery of a package from UniUni. Had I known this recent purchase utilizes UniUni as method of delivery, I never would have completed the order. In this day and age of 'modern technology' - it should not be this hard. GOOGLE MAPS! Look for the Red Pin! It's not rocket science!

This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever seen. If you have an issue you can’t reach anyone by phone or email. You can only select automated responses that don’t actually solve the problem. When the driver fails to deliver on time they just mark the delivery as unavailable to deliver when they never attempted the delivery. This happens every day when a delivery is set.

HARD TO CANCEL REPEATING ORDERS. NOT SURE THE PRODUCT EVEN WORKS

.....Uniuni is hideous, just organized crime , just scammers,sending messages to customers saying "attempted delivery and failure"...returning the package to our warehouse , then stealing customers packages.
..They will never deliver any packages, just send you a fake /deceptive email stating "attempted delivery", and just plain theft of customers property!

Incorrect tracking information and very poor delivery experience. Have had a problem with every delivery I've gotten through them

They have had my package for over two weeks at their delivery hub that is less than 30 miles from me and have not delivered it. When I contacted them, I was told they would look into it and then never heard from them again. I have reached out and have received no other correspondence. Avoid this company.

This company is the worst when a package isn't delivered. They say they don't deliver to post offices, but most of my packages were delivered. So I guess it depends on the driver. The few that weren't were a nightmare to deal with. I filled out a claim for an address change to have my tickets closed w/o a resolution. I tried to call several different numbers, not one had an option to talk to someone. Some were a complete dead end, including their 800 number. They say they delivered my package, and it's nowhere to be found. They can't tell me where they delivered it, and there's no picture proof. The emails they send (after days or weeks) don't make any sense and are just useless. This company is a joke! I've been dealing with this for over a month now.

Horrible experience. Long transit times, incorrect delivery dates, poor customer service and most important, the package shows delivered but it wasn’t delivered to me. Customer service is ghosting me.
