I spoke to Kevin to ask for his advice about carrying out some damp work at a property. He was extremely helpful and gave honest advice. I spoke to him and sent him pictures of the area affected. At this stage we have decided not to go ahead with repairing the damp area, but we may return to it at a later date.

Kevin was very helpful and although at this stage we did not carry out the work, I would not hesitate to go back to him if we do decide to proceed.

Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. Honest and helpful with his quote - we felt from the beginning that we were in good hands. He also gave us options for the work he could do rather than just giving us the most pricey job.
Then during the work he was so helpful and professional. And fast!
He was also really easy to have in our home- which is actually quite tricky when we both work from home and have dogs and kids.

I found myself in a hole before Christmas, rental property, damp and timber issues and needed a trusted ‘fix’ quickly. The work involved remedying a condensation problem in the bedroom bay window, skimming the walls in the bedroom, hallway, stairs and landing, and redecorating same. The work was carried out to a high standard throughout. The decorator in particular did an excellent job paying attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish. The work was completed to the original quote.

Kevin recently completed rendering on our property and the standard of work was excellent. The finish is smooth and even, with real attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and that we were happy with the result.

Throughout the job he kept everything tidy and was reliable with timings, turning up when he said he would. Communication was clear and the quote provided was accurate with no surprises.
