There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to adequately describe the wonderful service that I received from the Goddard Dunbar team, especially our conveyancing solicitor Emma Lanza. We used Goddard to deal with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property and it was a decision we never once regretted. Emma and the team constantly kept us updated on the progress of the deals, made sure we received all the information in a timely manner and were always there to provide help and advice when needed. Goddard Dunbar were dealing with the sale of my Mother's flat. I found all the staff that I spoke to on the phone very friendly, efficient and helpful. They gave me honest information, it they could not help me immediately then they explained why and told me what they were going to do to connect me with the person who could help me.
