Sharon was fantastic to work with. I told her what we were looking for - mid range hotel in Dublin, Ireland, 4 rounds of links golf and a car service to and from the airport, hotel and golf courses. Timely updates from our initial conversation until it was time to board the plane. The Wynn Hotel was a perfect location for exploring Dublin when not playing golf. The courses just blew us away (Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Links, Royal Dublin, The Island Course and County Louth "Baltray.") The driver's were always timely and professional. Stephen is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always timely. It has been a pleasure working with him/him to develop my bucket list golf Ireland golf trip. The last time he touched base w/me I was playing the #1 handicap hole @ Firestone. Incompetence or Indifference?

The primary values a specialized travel agent like goeurogolf.com gets paid for are local knowledge, attention to detail, attentive service, and relationships with its vendors (hotels, golf courses, etc.) which work to create a superior experience and solve problems an individual traveler may not be able to solve. In this context, I struggle to give GEG more than two stars.

First, I must give praise and thanks to GEG for obtaining tee times at four fantastic SW Ireland golf courses and recommending wonderful hotels. I will even give them a measure of credit for using their pull with the people upstairs to provide a remarkable run of great weather - a challenge in SW Ireland.

Beyond that, all we have is a trail of frustration - consistently slow responses to questions/problems and one particularly frustrating event which made us wonder if it was the result of incompetence or indifference.

Because we trusted GEG’s local knowledge and good judgment, we failed to notice that the itinerary they prepared included an early departure and 2 1/2 hour drive one morning for an 11:48 tee time at Lahinch, followed by a 2 1/2 hour return drive to Killarney. The next day we faced a 4 1/2 hour drive, right past Lahinch to our next location. How they thought subjecting us to driving an extra 5 hours on the same roads was a good idea baffles me. Incompetence or indifference? The final insult was Trish “fixing things” by booking us rooms at Lahinch on booking.com and then sticking us with the extra night’s room charge as if it was our fault. Enough said.

Patricia with “Go Euro Golf” is top notch. Extremely positive and professional to deal with. This was my first experience in dealing with someone who could help me plan my “Bucket List” golf trip. Patricia put me at ease right away and handled all my questions. I would recommend her and this company to anyone.

I truly thought that Patricia Rowland was a professional in all aspects. She was knowledgeable, engaging, charming, and so very helpful. While I received two offers from rail, respected companies that were lower and price than what she offered, I still went with her group because of the overall package, she discussed in great detail. She also went out of her way to do everything possible to schedule me for a round at Old Head, which is one of the iconic courses in Ireland. I would recommend her without attention to anyone.

Patricia was wonderful, we just liked another proposal more.

Tricia has been in great communication with me. She has also made very good recommendations for golf and things to do for our non-golfers. Also, Tricia has been receptive to some of the things we have recommended and changes we have made along the way.

I had a very busy schedule and Patricia was outstanding to work with as she adjusted her schedule to allow me to get everything I needed.

Arranging this trip was a wonderful experience, Patricia addressed everything that I requested in a timely and expert manner. As a novice, her help was crucial in navigating sites and experiences in 2 countries. Bravo!

I have been dealing with Patricia Rowland for about month putting together a golf vacation for myself, my wife and another couple. Patricia has been over the top with her suggestions and help.
