Terrible poor service and extremely difficult to get a refund.

I was very satisfied with my new pillow. I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. My neck feels supported on my back and when I sleep on my side.

I bought this pillow for my husband but he doesn’t

like it. I have been trying to return it but your company has not been helpful to me. You customer service is terrible. You take my money and refuse to allow me to return the item!!

Still waiting for mine. When I ordered it the shipping date was within the timeframe that I needed it. My sister was coming to visit and I wanted her to try it. Well she has came and left. Don’t order this product. I will update this review when it finally arrives

I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been a month or longer since I have ordered.

If I could leave a zero for a review, that’s what I would rate this product and company, Orthinex. I ordered two pillows, one for my husband and one for myself. I trusted Orthinex when they advertise saying “try it for 100 days and if you aren’t completely satisfied you will get a refund, no questions asked”. WRONG! I opened only 1 pillow to try it out. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock! There was no way I could use this pillow nor could my husband. I immediately contacted Orthinex inquiring about the refund process and an address to return the pillows. They first told me since the pillow was opened, it could not be returned. When asked about returning the second pillow, still in its original packaging and unopened, I was told I was out of the “grace period” to return it get a refund. I clearly was not. I ordered the pillow on 1/31/26 and today it is 2/26/26. The customer support was terrible in getting back to me and when they did they gave me information that contradicts what their policy states on their website.

Please learn from my mistake and do not order from this company! It’s a complete scam!

I ordered their migraine pillow. This thing offers no support and has moldy fumes that made me physically ill. I have repeatedly tried to process a return. The only thing customer service will offers me is a partial refund and to keep their subpar defective product. They refuse to allow me to return the item stating that I would have to pay return shipping. I doubt that the shipping fee would be more then the partial refund that they are offering.

Only leaving one star as I cannot proceed to write a review without it. This company has the worst customer service, I have not received my pillow but I have been sent an email that says it has been delivered and another email asking for my review. I can only write to them through their official contact form on their website and I get a generic response. The tracking is absolute sham, I regret the day I placed this order. I will be taking further action in reporting this company.

Ummm… is this a legit company? My order was submitted Oct 5th. I received tracing information that it shipped out and arrived in the US for customs. Then, the next tracking activity is “international flight departure” on 10/14. Uhhh… was my order returned?
I have tried to email and call the company 4 times over the last week. No response.

My wife ordered a pillow under their "100 day risk-free trial". When she found it very uncomfortable and emailed about a return, they (eventually) replied, "We cannot process your return solely because you didn't sleep well. Our return policy only allows returns for items that are damaged or incorrect on delivery." lol

Based on their replies to these other reviews, I suspect there will be an automated reply below to this complaint about how we should contact them directly and they will fix the problem. Well...we already did and they refused to do so. Please save yourself some money and read more reviews before you take this terrible company at their word on a risk-free trial. They are counting on no one taking them to court over a pillow, so they can falsely advertise with immunity.

Only leaving a one star because I can not leave zero stars. I ordered one back in June paying for it at the time of purchase, it is now September and still have not received it when trying to get a straight awnser from customer service I never got much than thank you for your patience, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. As of September I have decided it was a scam and I will never receive it.

Pillow was hard as a rock and the 100 day return policy is a lie!

This company is a fraud & false advise a 100 day return if not satisfied. They DO NOT honor the 100 day return if not satisfied. Instead they take forever to reply to an email & then respond saying their return policy is 14 days! Also I believe its AI responding.
I ordered 2 pillows. My husband did not like it at all after a few nights. My chiro advised me not to use it as it was not good for my neck & back issues. I did use it for a couple months. The pillow is hard & definitely not the most comfortable. I definitely would not recommend this product or this company

I’m sorry I cannot translate, but I have been asking you guys for my money back from the get-go before you even mailed it. I’ve sent several emails for instructions on how to get my money back and you guys refuse to do that in a timely manner.

I finally stick with one pillow and it is a right pillow for me. I have been changing few pillows, and since have found Othinex, I would highly recommend to people who has cervical spine problem, this is right pillow to go.

Order placed and took forever to receive. Multiple contacts thru website and emails with zero response-I contacted PayPal to initiate a refund. After going back and forth with PayPal, an update to the tracking finally updates. It was received all folded and taped up in cheap packaging. I have yet to own it because I have tried and tried for a return label.
After a few months of fighting with PayPal, I received this email from the company. And even with this-I still can’t a refund or shipping label for a return because my reason for return is not a valid reason. Let’s not forget -there was a return guarantee but because the company doesn’t exist-per email below, I cannot initiate a refund/return.

I had the same experience as the other reviews. Shipping was slow on the front end. I realized that it was shipped from overseas and was on a boat somewhere. Once arrived packing was cheap and made me have a lot of questions. We tried the pillows, and they were certainly not worth what we paid. I contacted directly through their website and multiple times through email to initiate refund (still under the 100 day Risk Free trial). I've had no response at all. SCAM company. Seeking refund through PayPal.

This is a SCAM!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! I was taken!! No such thing as a RETURN. They go dark and NEVER to be heard of again. All you get, no matter how many times you try is :Address not found!!!

I ordered by mistake and canceled within 60 seconds. They never responded, shipped the pillow. Contacted again and was like why are you shipping I don't want. Crickets . 3 weeks later I get a message it's been delivered. Nothing delivered no pillow . Just emailed again saying you did not deliver anything!!! I am sure I will not hear a word. Going to go to bank tomorrow. Scam company you suck!!!

They are a scam company and I had the same experience as others. I wrote two emails and once directly on their website asking to return the pillow and they never responded at all. This is disgusting and they should be blacklisted.
