Our transfer to Go Fibre has been seamless!
Our transfer to Go Fibre has been exceptionally smooth and efficient. From the initial survey, the laying of the external cable to the internal instal and set up. The whole process has been excellent. The customer service was excellent in answering any questions we had.
The go fibre engineers were very helpful, they explained what they would do and assured us that we would not know they had been there. They were spot on. Fibre cable laid with no issues and everything was left immaculate. Mike, who came to connect us to go fibre was polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained what would be our best option in our house and what he would need to do and cracked on with the job. Mike also explained to us oldies how it all worked and helped us to connect our mobile phones and tv. A godsend!
Overall we are very happy with the service we received from GoFibre especially thankful to Mike today for his knowledge and help.

To begin with the GoFibre engineer arrived early which was a hit so I could make more use of the rest of my day. The whole installation process went smoothly less than an hour and a half duration. He was was very methodical in checking the download & upload speeds in various parts of the house. After switch-on the speeds were achieved relatively quickly, I was very impressed by the whole process, the work was very professionally carried out and I was glad I opted for GoFibre.
