Ive just started my insurance with go girl and they are such an easy company to contact and find a contact number ive found other insurance companies very hard to talk to. And find there number. However go girl was easy on the phone when i have questions and even easier when i used there website.

Absolutely amazing quotes couldn’t fault them at all would 100% recommend for car insurance out of all the quotes they were by far the best

the website is pretty good and as far as i can tell the companies policies are helpful (definitely the cheapest quote i could get) however only issue is that it took me a while to figure out where everything was on the customer portal.

Really disappointing service with staff who are poor communicators. Main driver somehow added as a named driver also so Gogirl charged £41 to remove but only once policy was on risk, they made no attempt to check the details before policy was issued and their attitude was unprofessional and rude. No justification of how error was made and no offer to remove charge. Complaint escalated, first impression is very poor. Let’s hope we don’t need to claim as I can only imagine what their profit focused response is likely to be.
